I moved into my waterfront apartment about two weeks and I love it! Weekly cookouts with my neighbors, awesome pool and grilling areas and watching the boats come and go has been so relaxing. Beyond happy with my decision to call Pier 33 home! I toured 4 properties downtown before making my final decision. The saltwater pool overlooking the Cape Fear River and boat marina and the most beautiful sunsets is what sold me. The office team is always accommodating and the building is so quiet. My neighbors are friendly and I love the walkability to downtown. There is so much to do! Definitely luxury living at its best.

I love Pier 33, It's got the perfect blend of luxury and casual settings throughout the space. Waterfront property accented by the Port City Marina along with new & exciting dining options. A comfortable resort like atmosphere. Riverwalk, nearby festivals and amphitheater... YES!

Lived here for almost 2 years after coming from NYC. Looked at almost every other apartment community that is in the same style as pier and nothing compared. The views and amenities alone are the main seller, but along with the security and the welcoming of management it really makes this place just great. The neighbors are amazing, I have yet to meet someone I haven't gotten along with. PET FRIENDLY too!! I love it here and definitely plan to stay

Great for access to downtown. Amenities are nice but always broken or dirty. Trash chute is like infested with flies that get into the rest of the building. Community guidelines are not really regulated so it can be hard to enjoy living here at times.
