The grounds are walked and cleaned daily. When putting in a work order it is handled with urgency and usually very swiftly if it is health concerns and even your comfort is an issue . And I have to say Management is absolutely amazing and very intent on making residents Happy and Satisfied at the highest level. I've been around this business all my life my grandmother had a large rental portfolio and I will say this you can't get better management anywhere. Patrick is A+++++ .

i lived here in 2020 & me and my ex liked the management when we moved in. we got new management toward the middle of 2020 I wanna say and idk if they’re still there, but they’re the rudest women for no reason. their attitudes were sour and they seemed like they couldn’t care less at all times. on top of that we recently discovered a bunch of hidden charges we had no idea about. way to go for the worst customer service. manager also told me she likes to keep her door unlocked, but thoroughly enjoyed doing nothing about the multiple car thefts that happened to me and my ex alone, not to mention our neighbors.

I been here two years and don't have enough energy to write out everything but all I gotta say it's not worth it if you grande l have a second choices and it's a little more I'd advise you to go with your second options. One big thing I had a problem with was when I first rented the lease they don't tell you about pest control and make you pay more and honestly haven't seen them in months and they say they do monthly pest control. Lies... and you can't even ask the office simple question about a key fob. They start getting mad and start giving you attitude over they the stuff they told you before you called them.

We stayed for a year and when our leased was up we tried to downsize to a 1 bedroom and it was more than difficult to do with them "saying we could then saying it wasn't a possible to downsize" we finally got it after a week of waiting than was told we didn't put down a despot before we moved in and now (02/04/2021) as we are trying to pay our rent they tell us we owe 325 for a cleaning fee for a single window blind. Im beyond amazed at this apartment and the way they try to get money outta their renter.

Management is awesome. Work orders are filled quickly. And the rent is fair. Thanks alot 6100!

maybe this is just me, but I signed a lease yesterday and when I go move in—the apartment has roaches... DISGUSTING. Don’t make the same mistake I did. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We lived here for 6 years plus and during those 3-4 years was Fine, until in the middle of the night i heard a gun shots i was like what’s that? But i did not go out and look whats going on i was scared, So story short i found out that was my car in the morning, the hassle was real and management did not even help. And top of that we already moved 3 months ago & until now we never get our deposit money i kept on calling them what’s going on? And telling me they already mailed the check but nothing! FYI: Janet who works there is a nice person.

Moved in not even a year ago and have had nothing but problems. Janet gives you the run around when you need something taken care of. My A/C went out and they kept telling me they were going to send someone to fix it, he didn't show until the next morning and it was 82 degrees INSIDE MY APARTMENT the entire time. I had to fight off roaches from the first day I moved in and 3 months after they're finally gone, and not completely. The appliances had not veeb cleaned before I moved in, stuck on food all over the walls and glass. They told me we have overnight security but since we switched management I haven't seen anyone, ive come home anywhere between 10pm and 3am and no ones out there, they leave the light on in the guard office and that's it. My friends tires got slashed and brake lights busted and when I told the office I got an "Oh Wow that's terrible." They recently installed locks on the building doors and the key fob they gave me doesn't work, locked out of my building I go to the office during business hours to tell them and the office is closed for a "resident event." Also on the voicemail it says maintenance is not authorized to respond to a lock out. Go somewhere else, do not believe the pictures,these buildings are old and none of the doors are sealed properly.

Please don't move in these apartments unless you want your car stolen or broken into. Several cars have been removed from the property by a group of men driving a white tow truck and the property owner has done nothing to hire security personnel. Also the place is infested with roached it's not fit for living.

This place is old. The apartments were bought out by new owners. The management put in place said hello by increasing the rent by $75, installing washers and dryers that require more money and cards to use, and failing to send maintenance out to fix a broken air conditioner in 90 degree heat! Wasps and roaches are running rampant. Please, save yourself the time and money. I’m leaving this place first chance I get.

Changed owners in the last 3 months living here. Got rid of the nice office ladies. Still havent fixed the problems in the apartment since moving in. Have to do own security at night since car has been broken into twice. Now they havr new washers and dryers with no way of doing laundry without cards and no one sent out notices warning the renters. Just one thing after another. Oh, and when it rains, be sure it will rain in your apartment.

Save yourself some trouble and do not move here. They have so many problems. Plumbing, leaks, roaches, the list goes on. Our air conditioner is broken and they say everyday that someone will be out to fix it and that still has not happened and it's still not working ?? Oh and it's been almost 90 degrees out!

Don't live here. The management has changed and the manager does not care about sense of community. These apartments used to be the best in this area, but since the longtime management is gone, so is this community.

I love living in these apartments they are nice comtrable they are one of a kind I don't want to leave from here. the lady's in the office are great

We've lived here for two years. One year was at the actual 3 story apartment side and the other at the townhome/bungalow (Villa) side. Our first year, in the gated apartment side, we had our car broken into and all of our money, cards, and oddly every type of bag I had stolen. (makeup bag, coin bag, wallet, purse, random old wallets in my trunk) but I don't believe it was any one who lived in my complex. I know that about 4 other cars had been broken into that same night and some of my plastic cards were found in the bushes between Pheasant Run and Meridian Ridge. So it is believed that the person(s) were from Meridian Ridge. But to get from one complex to the next, you just cross a small fence and pass the guards station. I'm pretty sure the guard was either asleep or gone when this had taken place because if he had been there and awake, he would have seen or heard people trying to walk through the bushes and jump the fence. I feel better about my car, living on the Villa side. The guard patrols around the apartments in foot. And even though there have been nights where I've seen him asleep in his car. I do feel better with him watching over my car.

I love living at pheasant run it is peace full and always quiet , I been here or 3 years already and I am not planning on moving

I just moved in I honestly love it here it's calm and it relaxing to live I hope to stay here a long time
