The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pheasant Run Apartments
Lived here from December of 2022 until end of July 2023 and I really liked it. It was my first apartment, the housing office was always there to answer any questions and they were always very helpful. They are great with military and for the price it was good it didn’t seem to over charge and they have flat water fee and heating is included in the rent meaning all I had to pay was electric and internet. I lived in the 2 bedrooms and unit and it was clean when I moved it and nothing broke or fell apart. It is also very close to the highway and had lots of things around it, I would definitely recommend only downside is that I could sometimes hear the people above walking and talking but that never bothered me and they were also pet friendly.
This review is primarily to make potential non smoking residents aware of the smoke in the buildings. Most of the Nashua housing options allow smoking in the buildings or did so at one point, my first advice to non smokers would be to look elsewhere in surrounding towns or to look at newer complexes where smoking has not been permitted. If you live in a smoking building at Pheasant run, due to the older construction you will get smoke in your apartment/space and it will fill the hallways. Even if your unit has been cleaned out prior to move in - if a smoker preceded you -- the fixtures, cabinetry, and walls will start to permeate third hand smoke as well. I do not have experience living in a non smoking building, but please take note that those buildings were recently dubbed non smoking so previous smokers still lived in those units and they are not fumigated afterwards to be made suitable for smoke free living. I would beg to say that the smell of residual smoke will creep on you. And lastly, if you do decide to go with pheasant run, spend a lot of time in the unit at different times of day! I found that at first glance you may not notice the traveling odors, but once your moved in they creep up on you.
Great rental office team and community. The apartment complex itself is great for those looking for comfortable space for a couple just starting out or a small family. Complex has two pools that are kept clean and maintenance is friendly and professional. Downside parking can get a little tight at times, there is supposed to guest parking but no guests ever park over there.
We have 2 great size bedrooms/one with a large walk in closet...the other with a great size closet, coat closet, two good size storage closets.Fantastic pools, they have different things going on for different holidays. The staff is nice as is maintenance .parking for 2 cars if you have 2 members who drive.
The apartments are pretty nice and the location is great! The pools are really well maintained and always peaceful to visit. The gym, however, leaves a a lot to be desired. It's a very small space with a single treadmill, stationary bike, and two elliptical machines. It can get real crowded real quick if three people try to use it at the same time. The apartments are themselves are nice, but have their issues. Our sliding door, for example, leaks and comes off its hinges because it's the wrong one. One of the maintenance members is the one who discoved this, but it has yet to be replaced.
