The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pheasant Ridge Apartments
The people who work here do nothing at all! I do not feel safe living here and the people at the office don’t care to do anything at all! I do not recommend living here! It is very dangerous from crack heads to gangs to fighting and shooting and so much more! Don’t move here!!
Management is the worst..they never fix anything and we have black mold.
My apartment building is quiet and the surrounding areas are as well. The apartments are well kept up. The amount of noise is minimal. The staff inn the rental office are very professional, as well as helpful.
I have lived here for two years and it's been good. The office staff is very friendly. I like using the gym and pool. The outside area is kept clean. They are pet friendly.
