I was impressed

I was very impressed with the personnel at Peyton Ridge as well as the apartment complex itself. It looks very well maintained, beautiful and safe. The office staff, Dawn and Sandra, went above and beyond to assist me, was very responsive, friendly, polite and thorough in providing info and responding via email and phone very promptly. I feel comfortable living in this complex and looking forward to meet the community. The apartment(1/1) is very spacious and amenities are great. I would highly recommend Peyton Ridge to a senior like me needing a proficient, safe and affordable place to call home! While I am still in the process of moving in - my experience has been nothing but super positive since the very beginning. A sincere thanks to Peyton Ridge, for making me a very happy resident! Staff

The staff at Peyton Ridge are GRRREAT. Leasing is on her A game and Maintenance is super. The Manager is doing a GRRReat job with her staff. They seem like there one big family. Thank You for taking care of my Mother.

AWESOME!!!

I've been living here for 3 Years now and sometimes we do have our ups and down but for the most part I Love my apartment. I love my community. The Manager is very attentive and prompt. Maintenance make sure your repairs are done properly the first time. I must say that I am happy.

You can enjoy the privacy of your beautiful apartment or enjoy the company of others with various activities daily. The management is very professional and available to assist when needed. There is no better place to live than Peyton Ridge.

Great Service at the Front Desk

Sam, the front desk leasing agent, is always dress to success. She treats me with kindness. Very professional, I always feel at ease when coming around and asking her questions. A great personality. She fits to be a manager.
