Do your research, budget TIGHTLY, and find a place that respects and values it's tenants' living experience. I am still waiting to see if management will fix my issues, and am dreading this experience for another 12 months if it doesn't improve.

I recently moved to Persea, and based on past experiences, they’ve shown the most care by far. The amenities are well maintained, the staff is attentive and helpful, and community events are regularly planned. When we moved in, the team was quick to answer any questions and made us feel welcome. Aside from the occasional loud cars at night, I definitely recommend living here!

Living here has been amazing! The apartments are very nice and the amenities are super enjoyable and well-maintained. Management is always very caring and made the move in process super smooth, got us in within the same day! Recommend!

Living at Persea Apartments has been a fantastic experience. From the start, the leasing team made me feel right at home, friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The community itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained. I love the modern design of my unit, especially the high-end finishes. Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! They were able to answer all questions I had at the time and were responsive throughout the whole application process through email. Out of all the apartments I toured before moving in, this was the one that hit everything! highly recommend

I've had a fantastic experience living at Persea! The management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The amenities are a major plus – the gym is clean and well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to relax. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-insulated – it’s been a very comfortable place to call home.

I've been looking into different apartments in the area and this is honestly the best bang for your buck. The amenities and room sizes sold me. I've lived here for half a year. There's an on site maintenance staff that keep the common areas clean every day. The garages are pretty spacious to use as storage and can fit my car without feeling tight. The apartment life events are great for days where I don't want to leave the apartment but still be social. The staff at the front desk are always very welcoming and helpful.

Lived here for almost a year and havent had an issue. Clean, updated apartments, in a great location, and well maintained amenities including a gym and a pool.

Me and my girlfriend have lived at Persea for a little over a year now and I don’t think we plan on leaving anytime soon. We absolutely love this place from the staff to the amenities to the layout of the apartment. Not to mention it’s 15 minutes from the beach and like 10 minutes away from 4 different cities.

My family and I have been at Persea since 2021. The entire Persea staff is amazing, professional, and caring. The leasing staff is very friendly and caring. Lauren (leasing assistant manager) is amazing; she is a very caring and helpful person. She has helped us out in the past with concerns that we had. Persea is very lucky to have her as well as Carol (leasing manager). They are very understanding and have great customer service with everyone that I have seen. The maintenance team has a fast response to work orders that I have requested in the past. The cleaning crew always does an amazing job of keeping the property clean at all times. The amenities are great; we love that they have a 24-hour, two-story gym. We enjoy the different events that they host throughout each month. I was surprised that they have garages (only for certain apartments); it's not common to see new apartments with garages. Persea is also next to Stater Bros., some restaurants, a pharmacy, and four schools.

We have lived here for a year. So far no complaints. Maintenance is very responsive and we take full use to the amenities including the pool and the gym. The complex has been a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We will be staying for the next few years.

Living at Persea Apartments for the past two years has been consistently excellent. The staff is accommodating, the amenities are top-notch, and the event planners organize fun activities that unite the community. The assistant property manager, Lauren, has been helpful, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend Persea Apartments as a great place to live with a strong sense of community and enjoyable events.

I absolutely love this property and the whole move in process was extremely smooth. I was like to give a special shoutout to Danielle Q, she was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had. You guys are very lucky to have her on your team. We look forward to living here.

The staff is amazing! We were able to file all our documents and move-in the next day. There was a few issues upon move-in but were quickly taken care.

We have been living here for 3 years now and are very happy with Persea! Great amenities, vendors, events, and a helpful staff and maintenance make this a wonderful place to live in north county

The amenities are truly top-notch and everything is well kept and clean. It's so difficult to find a dog friendly complex in North County, which was another big draw for us in choosing Persea. The complex puts on really nice community events monthly as well. The location is good. There's a grocery store right next door and downtown is a little over a mile away (which is rapidly changing with new businesses and restaurants opening up). We've been here for a year and plan on renewing.

My husband and I moved here in October of 2023, and it was/is our first apartment together, when we were apartment hunting, we looked for something that exactly Persea has, we instantly fell in love with the amenities, neighborhood, and overall, the environment... every time our families come and visit us, they never fail to tell us how beautiful our community is. pool is amazing feels like I'm on a vacation! Gym is 2 stories! just fabulous overall! Lauren was our leasing agent, and she really did an outstanding job to answer all our questions even if they got annoying LOL! & lastly the Maintenace crew... I can't tell you have many times I'll put a Maintenace order in and it gets fixed before I even come home from work! Those men are awesome! Persea will always be remembered as our first home, thank you team!

The leasing office is super helpful with any questions you may have regarding pet fees, maintenance emergencies, or anything dealing with the amenities! This place is super quiet on any given day. Absolutely beautiful to walk around in and the neighbors are absolutely lovely, if you need help or anything we usually post it on an app we have and anyone can reach out to you through it very helpful. The security is very reliable, protecting spots and whatnot. The amenities after hours are always kept in great condition by the people living here, the cleaning staff, honestly everyone! You don’t have to worry about your package going missing!! And you can install your own ring camera without problems from the leasing office. A great place and worth every single penny!!!

Although I had a few suggestions, overall, the apartment is well-maintained, and I am very satisfied with the amenities. The excellent swimming pool, fitness room, and gathering room greatly enhance my quality of life. I also appreciate the management team for their long office hours, which provide convenience to the residents.

Living at Persea has been nothing but a joy. I love our quaint apartment. The community has pretty good amenities, that we make use of often. I love our gym. On the few occasions we had to put a work-order in for our apartment, the maintenance team was efficient at responding and helping. Front office staff has always been helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments! Our unit is spacious and modern and the kitchen is the best I’ve ever had in San Diego. The community is quiet and well maintained and it’s great to have a pool and fitness center on site.

I have been living in this apartment now for 2 and a half years. The apartment is still beautiful with many great amenities. The staff is also amazing. The community is located in a great area with a grocery store and food spots within walking distance.

As you can see by the photos this complex is absolutely beautiful. I moved in last month and I feel like I'm staying at a resort. Aside from the great amenities and floor plans they are dog friendly! My fur babies and I LOVE our new home. The management team is wonderful, and amazing at getting back to us. Thank you Lauren, Lily and Carol!

Been here a month and have enjoyed the apartment. Great amenities and fun events are planned every month. The community seems aware of each other and loves that it's gated. Would recommend moving here!

My wife and I moved into an apartment at Persea a couple of months back and the experience has been fantastic. Lily at the leasing office is the best! She has been extremely helpful since the day we toured the complex and is always happy to answer any questions we might have. Our apartment is finished to a very high standard and feels bright and airy. We had a problem with our garage door and maintenance were quick to respond and came to fix it immediately. The amenities are incredible (pool, hot tub, co-working space, gym, golf simulator!) and common areas are always kept extremely clean. Community events have also been awesome and a great way to meet neighbors.

Apartments are well-insulated and the neighborhood is calm. Enjoy the great amenities. Also, the maintenance and front office staff are really helpful and welcoming. The garage is spacious. Would recommend it to any person.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience staying here. The amenities are great and enhance the overall living experience. One aspect that I like is the promptness with which maintenance requests are addressed. The leasing office staff has been consistently helpful and accommodating. They are always available to provide assistance, answer questions, and address any concerns that may arise. Best part is you get your own washer/dryer in unit and central heating!

As a renter here, I really like all the amenities that they offer here and the cleanliness of the apartment complex. They have plenty of places you can bring your laptop to work if you don't want to work at home. All the staff from the engineers to maintenance workers to the front office staff are wonderful and super helpful. I'd recommend staying here over others around the area that we looked at as well.

Persea is a beautiful community. From the moment of entering the gates, it's clear there has been so much thought put into it for the benefit of its residents. Not only do the amenities and common areas feel like a vacation, but the regular events hosted there for the residents are so nice! There is clearly intentional thought and effort put behind making them fun and delicious, but also a great way to connect with neighbors--a rare thing these days!

Living at Persea has been a great experience! My husband and I looked at different properties for months and we accidentally stumbled upon Persea and we immediately knew it was the right place for us. We love living here, all of the neighbors are kind and courteous. It is very quiet and a great place for professionals. We are so glad we made the decision to call Persea home. Lily and Carol made the entire move in process very easy and have been great at communicating and answering any questions we have.

We moved in two weeks ago and already love our new place and community. Neighbors are friendly, staff is wonderful. The amenities are well maintained.

Put in a second work order for pest control for inside the apartment. I uploaded photos both times to show the bugs and their eggs. I’ve come to realize there’s a small hole in the kitchen cabinet and that is where the bugs are building their spider webs and dropping what looks like eggs. I clean the apartment multiple times weekly. I don’t even think pest control has came in the first (work order) and I just had to place another order yesterday for the same issue. It’s disgusting!! It’s the last thing I want to worry about or clean up after coming home from a 14 hour work day. There’s also so many different types of bugs gathered outside by our front door that I have to sweep the area at least once or twice the day just to get rid of them. For the high priced rent that we pay, this is one of the many issues that are really upsetting. Let’s not talk about the neighbors on the floor above you and how loud they are when they simply walk.

My wife and I just moved here from base housing and we are blown away by how nice this place is. The staff does a great job of keeping up with cleanliness. The staff are some of the nicest and caring people, which is one of the biggest reasons we chose to live here. Compared to other apartments it’s really affordable and in my opinion the nicest. We are really happy with our decision to move here.

Here you really feel like part of a community as the staff goes out of their way to facilitate events that bring everyone together. The grounds are extremely well maintained, making this place feel luxurious. I am glad that I moved here and look forward to more memories at Persea!

Everything about moving here has felt like a dream. For starters the office staff is fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful on my first call to the office that they basically sold me there. They then answered countless emails and helped us quickly set up our move down from the Bay Area. The property is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the sense of community is incredible. The floorplan of the unit itself is spacious and intuitively designed. I'm so happy that we ended up here!
