As a resident of one of Peregrine's downtown lofts, I can attest to the company's attention to detail in the construction of their spaces as well as their hospitality and customer service. I enjoy simultaneously being in the center of the downtown district and amenities and having a well-appointed, quiet space to call home. With features and a view like this, I get many compliments on my loft.
