They are non-responsive. They never answer the phone for important questions. TOO MANY BUGS. They don't help solve the issues you have in your home. Very poor management. Too high for you to have all those problems in your home. Not worth the money.

I was there for 5 years. I grew up in Mayfield so it was nice being near home. Place was clean staff was awesome. Neighbors and neighborhood quiet. I'd move back in a minute.

WARNING TO ANYONE WHO MOVES OUT!!! My fiancé moved out of there last July when we bought a home together. It is March and they are still charging her for little things, like leaving it dirty.... I helped her move out and I can tell you we left that place with as much respect as we possibly could. To those of you moving out, take pictures of everything, no matter how small, take pictures for proof. We did not and now she is paying for it because we can’t prove anything otherwise. Management is so bad that almost 2/3rds of a year later they are still collecting on her money after “losing” the intent to leave form, which she paid the extra money for the month, since they “lost” it. After her sister had the ceiling fan fall on her in the middle of the night, after the closet rack broke and fell in on itself. The windows weren’t sealed properly allowing air to flow through them, there was a place on the ceiling that was patched and never painted again. The vents were so dirty that my allergies would flare up everytime I would stay over. This place does not and will not take care of you during or after your stay of almost 4 years staying there. Absolutely terrible management and money hungry people that work there, very sad that we have to go through this but as a warning to others, take pictures for proof, it will be the best way to ensure that you don’t pay like we have too.

We are disappointed to read your review but if a resident breaks a lease and vacates early, it is a breach of contract and they are held responsible for costs associated therewith; this is the policy for all apartment communities. Since we are unable to identify the resident to whom you are referring, we kindly ask that you have him/her reach out to us to discuss further.
They are non-responsive to emails and after communicating for MONTHS about moving out, they still claimed our lease was still active and were pushing about receiving additional rent. No. Not after spending months alerting you, communicating about moving..this is ridiculous. Do not move here. They charge way too much anyways
5 minutes late for appointment. Would not do showing.

After waiting several minutes, our leasing team moved on to an onsite project. We noticed once you arrived and asked if you needed assistance. We kindly asked if you could wait just a moment for us to wrap up the onsite project, but unfortunately, you said no. So, our team said they would finish the project later on and assist you at that moment, but again, you said no. We were happy to assist and show you around our beautiful community and hope that you will consider rescheduling – we would love to show you everything that Pepperwood has to offer their residents!
