Very nice apartments, clean community and the staff was very helpful

Called earlier this week and everything seems so lovely. The amenities, the affordability, and the staff were so kind. Visited the place and it looked just as good as it did on the pictures!

Absolutely love this place. A great place to live or visit. There's a girl that works there, Nicole, she made me feel so welcome and heard. Highly recommend!

I have been at Peppertree for almost a year now, after being in different apartment complexes this is the first one that actually felt like a home. A big convenience with the location of this complex as well! The only issue I have had here was with the air conditioner sometimes freezing over, but with one phone call the Maintenance team was on it within an hour and had it fixed, excellent service. They were always very friendly as well. Janelle at the front desk is extremely professional and easy to talk with about any needs/questions. Thank you for always being so nice and helpful Janelle! I rarely hear any of my neighbors as well. I will always recommend this property to others looking for a rental!

Not a better feeling in the world than knowing the community you live in is safe, clean and amazingly staffed. This property has made a significant change in the last month with an entire new staff. Everyone in the office is sweet and helpful and maintenance team response immediately to any issues minor or major. I love love love it here! Thank you Kahri, Tiffany and Janell for making my community really feel like home.

I believe peppertree village is a great place to live convenient area has multiple shopping centers and Walmart across the street!! Relaxed Community where you can enjoy a nice walk.

Management,office staff, maintenance crew are all good at what they do. It is my belief that they will successfully take this complex to the next level in 2022. The apts are spacious, grounds are well kept and I feel safe. After decades of things not being done properly, they all have a lot to overcome. But they are trying, in spite of. Many of the new apts that have been recently built have more amenities,but you pay for that. This place is comfortable and I feel safe. Most people mind their business and are friendly. Anyone can write a review so check it out for yourself.

The area is very convenient property is kept nice and neat, team improvements are awesome.

Peppertree is one of the more affordable apartment complexes in Lakeland, but I have never felt unsafe. There are currently several law enforcement officers that live here. I have not had any issues with unruly neighbors or people going through the dumpsters or anything. Cosmetically, I would say that the apartments are average but the maintenance people are second to none. I can call with a minor issue and they are there to fix it within an hour or so. Peppertree is a great place to start out!
