David in maintenance went above and beyond to correct my after hours power issue. We discovered their was an issue with the power company they would need to fix but David responded ASAP and was very friendly.

I enjoying enjoyed stopping by this community! The women who helped me today were the sweetest. One came out of her office to answer the questions, but the best thing was she even introduced herself and offered me coffee and went and made it for me! I visited numerous complexes and was told they were closed for lunch or they had nothing to show. I am very much looking forward to finishing the application process and hopefully moving in soon. I told them how thankful I was for their hospitality, and they said it's our job to help you we enjoy helping others find their home. Special young ladies! Looking forward to May!

It has a nice nearby shopping center but the apartment isn't worth the price they are asking for.

Overall peppertree area is quiet. However our move in experience was awful. The unit wasn’t move in ready even when we were told by the leasing office that our unit was ready, it wasn’t. Big mistake moving here.

I really enjoyed my time here at Peppertree we had a great view and the best neighbors but the staff really did care and took care of us like we were family! After many years it has been time to buy a home but we will still stop by to see ray and sherry! Thank you for always going the extra mile when you do not have to.

This place treat you like a joke! When we first moved in, the apartment was not professionally cleaned, it was not cleaned at all! We found old clothes behind the dryer and the carpet was full of hair, probably from pets from the previous tenant. Our bathroom floor was also stained, probably from pet urine. They came and “fixed” the floor, but it was terribly installed. You can see the before and after on the pictures below. They have a grill on the pool, which is NEVER open. They will not let you know or put up a sign on the door. And you cannot use your own grill. So no grilling and barbecue at Peppertree apartments at all. Pool closed for 2 months during the summer! If you plan on inviting friends for your apartment, to have some fun, don’t do it. Office is always texting you demanding things, when you have a problem and try to talk to them, they are impossible to reach. Another resident, supposedly, hit my car at the parking lot and guess what? They don’t have any cameras and won’t help you at all!!! Gate is ALWAYS BROKE. Instead of putting a real gate, they pretend and set up a thin wood, to “stop” cars from going in. So if you would like to live in a closed-gate community, Peppertree is not for you. Once again, they treat residents as a joke! I thought I was moving to a serious and “luxury” complex but I was completely wrong! Can’t wait to have my contract expire to get out of here.

I’m so glad that I chose Peppertree as my very first home. My neighbors are so nice and the staff is so helpful here. I am absolutely loving my garden tub and the open floor plan of my space. It gives off such a cozy feel. If I could 10 stars I would!

I have been leaving here for more than a year. My experiences are mixed. Initially there were no issues. It started in Late summer / Fall 2016 when Lights for Tennis court was not working then I complained. They initially said Alabama Power will fix that and after 6 months of follow up they said we have to fix light and we talked to private company which will fix in 1 month and it’s not fixed yet. Couple of months back they said because of some kids we will open Gym for business hours only for time being. We are installing CCTVs and it should be available very soon. I think it’s been 2-3 months and Gym is not accessible after business hours yet. Update on Gym... Manager said they are not able to identify people/kids who damages their property in Gym so they will not open Gym foreseeable future after business hours. Occasionally Trash is so full that it stinks so much that you can’t drive or walk nearby area. Biggest issue is security inside the Peppertree Apartments. They have 3 gates with wooden pole and occasionally one or more wooden pole is broken and / or one or more wooden pole remains open so anyone can sneak in without passcode. I am not able to understand one thing is that, they have empty units and it’s increasing. Still they are increasing rent for existing renters when they renew their lease. They increased referral (When existing renters refers their friends to Peppertree) in different stages to $500 as of now.

Peppertree is one of the most conveniently located apartment homes in Montgomery! Only minutes from movies, groceries, restaurants, and parks, our family has lived here for over three years. We have met nice people from all over the world who live here. We regularly walk to the many restaurants and shops in the Peppertree Shopping Center and it is a short drive to the Blount Cultural Park, including the Bark Park! Peppertree is kid-friendly and pet-friendly. There's a one-court tennis court area, a nice pool with an outdoor grilling area. By the small pond, there is a playground for the kiddies. Lots of extra storage is available for a little extra charge. Parking is convenient and the building is quiet and peaceful. Repairs and maintenance requests are handled quickly by the friendly staff. I like the security code entrance, which tends to keep out the "drive through" traffic at a minimum. I recommend this complex for singles as well as families.
I love the Area its close to restaurants, shopping and very close to a piece of mind. Even though the management is not so professional, it doesn't matter because this is the beauty of Montgomery so quite and so diverse so many different special people here. I would want to be just around one kind of people, I love this area because its so many different nationalities its beautiful. People walking at sundown, kids playing and learning the greatness of tennis, people swimming and relaxing and people socializing. Everyone looks out for one another. Being in the south is sometimes difficult but being out here shows the beauty of how far this state has come and this is not my home but I can say that I am very pleased with the way things have changed. I'm glad to see the growth and I'm proud to be in East Montgomery!!!!!!!!!!
Pepper Tree Apartments is the Place to Be, if Apartment Living is what You Need. I love our Home, it's Neat and Clean, a Pool to Swim, and a Workout Gym. I recommend the Pepper Tree, for all their Staff is Nice as can Be.
