I am truly blessed to call Pembroke Woods my home because of the roomy apartments that let a lot of natural light in. I have the best neighbor. parking is never an issue and everything is just great here, including the gym in the clubhouse the Olympic size pool open in the summer. A large outdoor walking area and the size of the bathroom with the full bathtub is also amazing.Than you!

Pembroke Woods is a safe place to live. It feels like living in a neighborhood. Maintenance team and office staff are excellent. Problems are dealt with promptly. I have been living here a long time and would stay. However I’m getting older and would like to live closer to my son who’s in southern NH. Hoping I can find a place like Pembroke Woods up north.

I was very nervous to move and didn’t know what to expect but right from the start I felt welcomed and got to know a lot of new people.Everyone has been extremely nice and my dog loves all the pats she gets on our outings. It’s very well maintained and pretty with all the flowers the hallways get vacuumed regularly and the community is great about cleaning up after their dogs and my son and I feel safe with the automatic locking doors that only residents can access. There is always someone from maintenance around and they are always happy to help with anything. Overall everyone has been kind and welcoming and my dog has a spot she loves stopping on her walks and it’s a residents yard with a birdbath always full of water my dog loves to drink lol thank goodness the woman that lives there doesn’t mind and she always has it full. Positive experience Thank You!!

Beautiful well kept grounds, plenty of open space to walk or relax. The location is perfect and centrally located to Boston and Cape Cod. The highways is near by and just a mile up the road are stores and restaurants if you don’t want to travel far . Can’t beat all that !

My appointment could not of become available at a better time.I absolutely Love Living here at Pembroke Woods.with all the amenities you really don’t have to Drive to do your Laundry or to the gym.If you love to walk outdoors there is Plenty of space for that as well.I also love all the cabinet and closet space too.I love living here for that reason.

Pembroke woods is a great place to Live! I Love my Quiet Building for the most part.The large sunny windows are a plus they let in lots of sunlight.So many Great amenities such as a washer and dryer inside ever apartment.I love the large pool in the summer months.Theres a gym accessible 24/7 which is great as well.Maintenance and Management are wonderful.Honestly what more can you ask for.

For the Most part it’s a friendly Community.I enjoy all the Amenities Including the Large outdoor Pool in the summer.There is a Large area if you enjoy walking outdoors.And so much more.It’s Peaceful as well.I enjoy Living here!
