Property Ratings at Peerless Building Corp.
Been living here for more than 10 years and the new management is lacking of service and its is very open so anybody can come in and do whatever they want. Cars have been broken into, items get stolen, and packages get stolen. Property manager has not done anything about it! So much for raising the rent!
The apartment is not in the best shape. The building itself is falling apart, there's always problems; an example is, a lot of times there is no hot water. Almost everyone or everyone has a cockroach infested room. My bedroom sometimes has a water leak in the closet. One other thing is the parking lot, people from outside the apartment can enter the parking lot because there's no gate and then those people end up robbing stuff in people's cars.
