The website blocked the 1st review because I told the truth about the apartment. It has roach infestation.
Have been a resident for about 4 months and the gates have NEVER worked. Instead of fixing them they just lock them.Roach infestation. Trash compactor not working. This is not the first time this is happened. - but will still charge valet fee. They lie about the reviews. They pay people to lie for the reviews offering and incentive when you sign up. Gates never work. Constant excuses. Place has dog poop everywhere. I can tell you how many times I have stepped in it. They will charge you for everything. But when it doesn't work.. they won't refund you. I have loads of photos of this disappointing place. I have even reported them to the health and safely department. This how disgusting this please is. I can only warn you. But if you want to be taken a ride for please feel free. Oh yes. Parking forget about it. Lucky if you get a place to park.

Went on a tour yesterday and super nice and clean apartment complex which is hard to find now a days. You can tell they keep up with their maintenance and landscaping and really care about their residents. Highly recommend

When I moved in I had made contact with Candace. She helped me move in and made the process very easy from start to finish. She was very easy to get ahold of and answered all my concerns/questions that I had. The complex is well maintained and the room plan that I decided on is at great price and looks awesome. I definitely would highly recommend this great apartment complex to everyone. The gym and pool areas are great as well.

After combing through available apartment companies in the San Antonio area for our two boys going to UTSA this fall, we were really fortunate to stop into Pecan Springs. Michelle was so nice and helpful answering all of our questions and showing us all the complex had to offer. We were certain that we had finally found the best all round apartment for our two boys. These apartments are beautiful and so is the view. When we walked in we were greeted by friendly and professional leasing consultants Michelle and Tatiana. After the owner of the home we've been renting for over 10 years suddenly decided to sell the home we needed a place to stay and we needed it quickly, we wanted to stay in the same area we lived in before so I visited Pecan Springs and met Michelle, her personality was great, she shoed me 2 apartment home, I fell in love with the 2nd on, a few hours later I brought my fiance over to see it and she also fell in love with the apartment, plus Michelle made the process so understanding and answered all the questions we had, so we applied and was accepted and we're looking for to our new apartment home, Thanks, Michelle, Candice and the the whole team

If I could rate zero stars I would. Of course like any other place you move into it’ll start off great from the staff to the unit you’re going to be moving in. I am a current resident here and WILL NOT be renewing my lease here. From any unit you’re in you can hear your neighbors from below and above. If you live near the back of the complex good luck with having a relaxing quiet night on the weekends. You’re literally next door to chicken n pickle and their live music makes it impossible for you to do so. You’ll be greeted with their guests and customers parked up and down the driveway and right in front of the exit gate. Not only are they parking in front of the exit gate but jumping the entrance and exit gate to find parking. The staff have been contacted numerous times with this issue but no luck all you’ll get is a generic text response. The dump area is always filthy and disgusting. They’ll lock the trash shoot so no one can dump their garbage, there is always trash outside the dump and in front of it. Since living here my expectations are going downhill so fast. Save your money this place isn’t worth how much they offer plus the fees that come with it.

I LOOVE living here!! It’s been the best decision ever! I’m an apartment locator so I’ve seen apartments all over San Antonio but when it came time to find an apartment for myself I knew pecan springs was it!!!! The property is beautiful in and of itself but so are the units!!! Stainless steel appliances & granite countertops are standard so no matter the floor plan you will have a beautiful little home!! The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen, the community is quiet, very pet friendly, there’s like a dog park crew haha! They all go at the same time & hang out. pre-covid they had monthly events! & fun ones!! I’ve made a lot of friends through the events so that’s cool because if I need something I can just reach out & vice versa. The staff is amazing! I find myself going to the office just to hang out!!! Just resigned my lease so I’m here for another 12 months & I have decided I’m not leaving PS unless it’s to move into a house but I’m so happy here I’m in no rush to make that happen. Make pecan springs your home you won’t regret it!!!!

Amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind during my stay! Jordyn (a staff member) and Lacie (staff member and manager) were extremely kind when answering any questions I had. Jordyn really helped me during the approval process as well which I really appreciate. The community was very friendly, there was never any issues. Really happy with my stay. Thank you so much. The only thing I did not like is how my apartment was not move-in ready. I had to do a lot of extra cleaning, there was dead bugs everywhere. I am guessing my apartment sat vacant for quite some time (months). I had to also replace the light bulbs due to there being a lot of them missing. I left my new ones I bought in the apartment. Hopefully to brighten some else's day! :)

Management is student particularly tge manager. They harass each tenant with fines: you leave your trash can outside 25.00, your furnitures in the patio does not conform with the standard patio furnitures50.00, when you rent a place they can not even identify what is A1, A2, A3 etc.They dnt even know what their inventory is. They even told me i stole their washer and dryer but they are mine. Everyday am dreading to go to my door because some note maybe stuck on my door , am afraid to breath they may hear me breathing and will fine me for it. If you want to live in peace, stay away from this apartment complex.

Me and my boyfriend have been living here for almost 2 years, and we are not renewing another year. Something must be wrong with management, but they don’t care about their residents at all, we just let them know that we might be moving in 3 months because They have a partnership with Spectrum (I work for Spectrum that means I get services for free) now they wants to charge us for the spectrum services, plus they have a big sign that says “USAA employees discount” we never got that discount, and we’ll never get it. When my boyfriend told them that so we are going to start looking for another options, the girl at front desk (we don’t even know her name because they change change management every 3months) she didn’t even try to ask what was wrong with the apartments, what they can change to do things better, she was kinda rude, so now it’s a fact we’re moving.

Do waste your money on these appointments, you're better off looking elsewhere. They charge you for everything and find any reason to hand you a violation notice rather then a warning or work with you. The appliances are not a big deal, my refrigerator stopped working twice and my A/C unit kept going out. I even saw needles by the gym on the ground.

Please stay away from this beautiful community. Looks could be deceiving! Four years living here. First 3 were great, the last year has been a really terrible experience. If you want trouble and stress added to your life, this is the place to be!!

These are some amazing affordable apartments in the san antonio area. They are very spacious and luxurious. You wont find a better place to call home. The staff is friendly and very kind with everyone that comes onto the property. I wouldnt give up living here for anything.

Beautiful property within a growing community. Direct access to I-10 and 1604. A lot of apartment complexes lack the personability from its staff, but not here. The front office staff and maintenance professionals are always ready to assist you throughout any situation. Whether you're looking to stay here temporarily while transitioning, or you know you're going to stay put for a while, you can't go wrong. This complex fits and maintains the standards of this growing city and more. Great for couples, families, and of course, pets!
I was so in love with this property, but in the past month there has been more then 5 people reporting they have had their stuff stolen out of their cars. You are supposedly paying a price for the location and safety. Property managers shows no concern what so ever in this matter even though it has brought up to her attention several times.
Worse apartments for noise and inconsiderate neighbors. Management is no better.
Pecan Springs is an amazing community then I truly there to support their residents. They are family friendly, student friendly, and pet friendly. The staff are always very nice when ever you visit the office and they will always find a way to make things work best for you. Pecan springs have made apartment living the easiest thing to do. I would highly recommend pecan springs apartments!
Pecan Springs advertise them selves as "luxury living" and it is. The office staff are absolutely amazing. They have helped me so much through my first lease that I decided to renew my lease. My apartment genuinely feels like home. They are very careful with who they let move in, so there is almost never any trouble here. Everyone who lives in this complex is super friendly and very supportive when you need help. I love my complex because they are super pet friendly. They encourage you to bring your dog any where you would. My complex makes apartment living so easy.
The office staff and maintenance personal are all so friendly and eager to help with anything I need. Residents here are good mix of young and middle aged professionals, not many families and children which I like. Everyone I’ve come into contact with that lives in the community is very friendly and takes pride in keeping the grounds pristine. The units are top notch with granite, hardwood, crown molding and high ceilings. I plan on renewing my lease once it’s up, can’t think of a better place to live.
Very nice complex with nice amenities. The apartment complex pool is amazing. The apartments are a little bit overpriced but the amenities help make up for it.

Have been here since they opened, great location. LOVE the Starbucks coffee, now that I've been spoiled I can't imagine moving. I actually started to look around at other apartments, but Have decided to stay. Just can't beat this place.
I love the location. I love love love love it. The only thing I would have to complain about is parking. As much as I pay I don't like when I get home from work I have to park far from my building.
