Pebble Stone Gardens

pebble stone has been an absolute nightmare from the start, The lack of urgency from the rental office, the way they talked down to me as if they could care less about my concerns is absolutely disgusting. This apartment has a internet service that’s installed in the walls & it is the absolutely worst . My internet has gone out a total of 4 times at this point all during the middle of my shifts at work (I work from home) & it’s never fixed until the next day . I have a total of 4.5 occurrences at my job literally all related to the internet outages I’m not even sure if I would have a job if it wasn’t for the cable company calling my job & taking responsibility they also sent proof of the outages . I call the rental office the first thing they said was they are not responsible , offered no sense of urgency or good customer service at all, they literally tried to make me feel like I was trash , I mentioned to them if I couldn’t work how do they expect me to pay my bills ? Which is a legitimate question. I simple asked are they going to fix this or am I going to be forced to break my lease ? They again ignored my concerns & went forward to say if you break your lease we won’t charge a fee like their doing me a favor . Then sent me a email telling me I have a week to move if I don’t I’ll be charged all kinds of fees when I never said I was moving I said I would have no choice if they don’t resolve the issue & they have no intentions on solving if. They talked to me like I need them & not the other way around . Let’s not even mention the bugs in my apartment , how not so quite the neighborhood is, how rough the area is out here which you can clearly see as soon as you turn into this neighborhood. Iv had maintenance literally walk in my house unannounced & start installing screens I didn’t even know they were coming . They’ve been doing construction in front of my billing making it difficult to move my stuck walk in my house or do anything !!!!! My movers had to move my furniture into my house walking over 2 doors , . The construction also put a layer of dirt all over my car I Can’t seem to get off. there going to come up here .They sold a dream with with the free internet & cable , & new apartment renovation but here are the facts . The internet doesn’t even work & everything else you’ll have to deal with makes this place no where near worth it. I am absolutely DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE . Save yourself & don’t move here.

It was good for the price my first apartment so I thought with the area it would be loud but it was pretty quiet, no bugs except for a water bug that would occasionally come through under the door... spacious for the price it’s a good place .

The lack of urgency to correct apartment issues and the ignorant office workers make this place even worse. It's spacious for the price, but it isn't worth the hassle. Get proper management on the office and properly trained and certified maintenance workers.

Overral this apartment complex provides basic amenities. It is not in the best neighborhood but it is clean and I have not had any problems with the management or maintenance staff not doing there job. The price isn't bad either considering the amenities offered. Good starter apartment.
