Property Ratings at Pebble Creek Apartments
I was calling to verify availability and the first thing the agent said was, you’ll have to pass background, income verification etc. Then cut me off after I said ok, but do you have apartments available? She stated, “I just started today, so you’re going to have to call me back in 20 mins. If you’re not prepared to answer the phone then don’t answer! Firstly, I’d like to say that I am very aware of how the apartment process works. Secondly, you have poor customer and communication skills that are needed for the position to which you’ve recently started. (If that’s even true). It put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole complex, so I’ll be talking my money elsewhere.
Moved in a couple of months ago and love it! The property manager was amazing and made our move easy and smooth. The apartments are clean and spacious and if any maintenance issues come up they are handled quickly. Thanks Pebble Creek!
This place needs a full make over starting with the office people. They rent to crackheads, drug dealers and rachet people. They raise your rent but will never fix anything. Instead of putting out trouble neighbors they leave it all to you to deal with. Drug sales in daylight and crazy neighbors who need mental help not to mention the mice and roaches. Keep looking. Who owns these apartments anyway.
