TAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Billing is always messed up with random fees/alerts popping up throughout the month on your account. Filthy apartment common areas, dog poo everywhere, weed smell everywhere, low-quality/noisy people. Have gotten my car banged up three times just sitting in the parking lot ($2000 in damage) since I moved here but parked in the wrong parking spot once in two years and the staff had my car towed immediately - took my car and $300 out my pocket (to get it back) the week rent is due. They have my car info and contact info and could've asked me to move it but called the tow company instead. No note, warning or anything. That's how much they care about their residents. If you want to live in a rapidly deteriorating place served by an office of vindictive people power tripping and acting like the tenants are a problem, this is your new home. IF NOT, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE. There are dozens of better places to live in the area besides this trash bin of a "community." Oh and had to call maintenance every two weeks for a year about the same problem. A/C was leaking and shutting off, mold probably all in the wall but they don't care.
Horrible move in experience, still waiting to see the luxury value in these luxury apartments
We are on DAY 19 without an elevator and there's absolutely NO urgency for repairs. We've been promised date after date and still, NO ELEVATOR!

We are new to Tampa and we have move here to make Tampa our permanent home, as well to start our family. Pearce at Pavilion was the Only property who had all those little details that make the difference. The customer service here is Amazing and we are very happy with our decision. Don’t think twice about this property, just rent it!!!

The community is quite peaceful. Good neighborhood and quiet. You feel like you are living in a resort, mainly due to the balance of plants and the central lake that form a beautiful landscape. In the midst of all this, the layout of the buildings and apartments helps to have a cozy atmosphere. The management team (Daniel and Jessica) are extremely attentive and friendly. Everything is magnificent.

Pearce at Pavilion is a pleasant family friendly complex with lots of dogs, children and mix of people with lots of amenities and most importantly a convenient location with access to a Publix Supermarket, dry cleaner, vet and restaurants and major highways at a reasonable rent price.

Pearce Pavilion apartments is a quiet community with state of the art fitness facility and computer lab. The pool and spa pool are great with cabanas set up for entertaining guests for grilling and TV. The best thing about this complex is its location. Pearce Pavilion apartments is at the center of the universe for department stores, I-75, and Selma Expressway. You don't have to leave your apartment for anything if you don't want to. Its amazing!!
Living here has always been great. The office staff, as well as the maintenance staff, are always willing to help when they are needed.
My experience at this community thus far have been exceptionally wonderful!!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful, we love the valet trash service, the area and scenery are lovely and it's so convenient living across from the grocery store. Pearce at Pavilion has been a great place to live so far!
Move across the street to the Oasis Apartments. You don't want to live here in this filth. Your vehicles will get broken into and packages stolen. The amenities are trashed by the tenants who have no respect for anything.

I think the apartments are great and the amenities are beautiful! My only real complaint is how loud the road is on the west side of the pond closest to the road. I think if a wall or some tall bushes along the fence would really cut down on noise level! Also At the time we moved in we were given the wrong floor plan. We have been waiting for a certain floor plan for 5 months, and know for fact that other tenants have moved into the same floor plan we are still waiting for. This problem could have easily been prevented by a simple computer note to give us the next one that comes up. We have asked many times about it and we just been told the last available one was just filled! This is a personal experience and though it may be unacceptable I have not heard of any other such experience. Furthermore our apartment has gaps between the floor and baseboards where ants have been a problem in the past. In conclusion we enjoy it here but have not had the greatest experience.
When I first moved to this property It was very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately I have come to notice that there is only 1-3 staff on the property at all times. The pool area is extremely messy on the weekends; cigarettes, beer cans,sharp bottle caps, clothing, garbage everywhere. It is extremely messy and unpleasant and doesn't get cleaned for a long time. Pool furniture is yellow stained and has rips and artificial plants have spider webs all over it. Very unsafe for children. Lots of people who don't live here come and use the pool and party late at night. I believe this property could be an amazing 5 star apartment, but its missing alot of pieces..
Pearce at Pavilion is a beautiful community with great amenities and residents. Very family friendly and pet friendly environment. Its also very quiet for the most part which makes relaxing or working from home a breeze.

Maintenance is great at P@P, they have always been right on top of any issues we have had and they were fixed promptly.
Pearce at Pavilion, for me, has been a wonderful place to live for the past year and a half. It's beautiful, lots of top-notch amenities, easy online rent payment system, clean and quiet community. It's close to a Publix. Also close to Selmon, and I-75. I love this place! Highly recommend!

Ive thoroughly enjoyed living here these first three months.
Rented a 1/1 at this place for nearly two and half years. To any new renters, enjoy increasingly loud neighbors, people that drive recklessly though the parking lots, gates that don't work half that time and remain open, people digging through the trash compactor leaving garbage outside of the dumpsters, and living next to 301 and Falkenburg Rd that's like a drag strip at night. Also enjoy getting nickled and dimed on move out, as I had cleaned the place up and down staying til 1 am in the morning only to get "cleaning and painting charges" hit on my deposit. What a racket.
Overall its a nice place to live.
The community is a great one because of the staff and most of the neighbors. Like any place we have some that are inconsiderate and others that think rules and laws are for everyone else except them. I recommend this community though, because management does all they can to make this a great place to live.

Hey loved living at this property. I value security is key part of living somewhere, as this property is or better yet was full gated community... The entire property is gated however when you think that the automatic gates are finally fixed after 8 months hiatus here they go again "Down" almost a month. The new contractors are no better than.the last.set that was blamed on not having it fixed. Management needs to get it together. Residence should get the opportunity to deduct none fuctional amenities. Besides the maintenance team.is awesome ..

Fun place to live and great recreation facility with pool. Management team our nice to work with and great maintenance if you need them.
I love the amenities and the apartment itself, despite the issues that have come about since living here. I have mixed feelings about renewing my lease, but am hopeful that with time, improvements will take place. I would prefer not to move since I do like the location and commute to work as well plus Starbucks is very close by.

We have moved here couple months after these were built. The property and its management team are great. The apartments are open floor clean and modern. The amenities are good, the game room is large and its an entertainment domain for private and community functions. The heated pool is great and the early morning perk of Starbucks coffee. It's been almost 2yrs and willing tor enew again.

Moved here in May 2017 After researching several other properties, we chose to live here because we love the apts, a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, the game room with a pool table,the cabanna's,outdoor grills by the pool,Wi-Fi room,spa and the staff. We can walk to Publix, McDonald's, pizza Hut and several other stores across the street. We also love that is is a non smoking property. Pamela

I love living at Pearce! It really does feel like a resort! Our apartment and amenities are so modern! Our kitchen is so big and the subway tile was an immediate favorite feature of mine! I also love having a private gym on the community! It makes working out more convenient and comfortable. Plus, we were looking for a pet-friendly community, and Pearce met all of those needs with beautiful dog walk and a dog park! I definitely recommend this place!
