Peakview by Horseshoe Lake really has it together! From the staff in the office, helping me with all kinds of questions to the maintenance staff assisting me with whatever I needed!, This is the place to live! Quiet, beautiful, centrally located for walks, bike rides and shopping. It truly is the place to be. :)

Incredible Maintenance/Management Staff

My girlfriend and I have been living at Peakview for about 2 months now, and we cannot say enough positives about the staff here. When we first moved in, there were a few maintenance issues (e.g. leaky faucet, toilet pump needed replacement, small ripped section of carpet, and a few other small things). It seems that the previous tenant didn’t take great care of the place, and didn’t care to call maintenance about these things. We put in some repair requests expecting there to be a long period before the staff got back to us, being that most apartment complexes couldn’t care less to actually be on top of things like that. To our delight and surprise, however, they were at our door the very next day and dealt with every one of the issues immediately. The biggest issue that we had was a persistent cat smell in the second bedroom. It seems that the previous tenant had a cat in that room and didn’t tell management about it (probably the reason they didn’t call maintenance about the issues I mentioned earlier). We told management about the smell and they immediately setup a time for a carpet cleaning company to try and get rid of it. We were blown away by this level of care and service, but unfortunately, the smell persisted. After trying to deal with it ourselves for a few weeks, it became clear that the carpet would need to be removed, and even though at this point the staff had been nothing less than excellent, we figured there was no way they would spring for that. We decided to try our luck anyway, and to our shock, they actually did replace our carpet. This is truly unheard of property management, and I cannot recommend it here enough.

Professional and Responsive Staff

Starting with the friendly and competent Suzie in the Leasing office and Rob and Nikos on the Maintenance team, the Peakview staff has been both professional and responsive when dealing with issues and requests that have required their attention. Of note, has been their excellent communication. IRT is fortunate to have them on staff.

Great affordable place to live

Peakview has been very good to us. Whenever we have an issue and need maintenance, Rob and Nykos are very quick to come and fix what's wrong, we do not have to wait weeks to have something taken care of. The office staff is amazing. Geri, Emily, and Suzie are superb and really care about your needs and pocket. Overall a great experience, we have lived in two units here, and love the area as well. Beautiful trees surround the complex, walking paths for me and my puppy, and tons of parking spaces! What more could you want?

Services paid for but not provided

We pay $160 mo in miscellaneous fees. $30 for valet trash services that are not being provided. They continue to make us pay even though the service is not provided.

Very Helpful and Friendly

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They listened carefully and answered questions to the best of their abilities. Suzie was wonderful to us and was able to get us into our lovely new home quick and effectively. It was a rare occurrence that my fiance and I applied and was able to move in within two days. I do plan on returning to this review to add on as our lease progresses.

Maintenance team the best in the country!!!

Dan and Robert are the best maintenance team in the country. And it’s not close. We have lived all over the country; and a work order takes a minimum of a week anywhere we have lived… then they never come on time, make false promises and then let your work fall to the wayside. Not here….!!! You put in a work order and that work gets done day of or next morning without batting an eye. If not, they communicate immediately that it may take a bit longer and get it done the second they say they will. Not only are they amazing getting things fixed, they treat our animals and our daughter like their own family every time they walk through the door. Truly just an amazingly kind team that truly cares and wants your experience living here to be wonderful. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and Dan and Robert make it easy to do so. The team here at horseshoe lake is fantastic and I promise you’d be making a mistake by not living here. Amazing community, amazing amenities, amazing atmosphere. True bliss. Thank you all! We finally feel at home.

Parkview Apartments at Horseshoe Lake

Parkview Apartments at Horseshoe Lake in Loveland is such an awesome place to live! The management people are so kind and accommodating. The place is spacious and immaculate. The amenities include pool, hot tub, exercise room, clubhouse, and valet trash service . . . Just to mention a few. I feel safe here, and it is quiet. I am SO happy to be here !

Great staff, questionable ownership/management company

When I moved into Peakview 3 years ago it was a very welcoming place and, even though the prices were on the high side, I enjoyed the location and especially the staff. Over the years the price has continually increased. Especially with IRT Living took over, they nickel and dime you to outrageous levels for everything including the basic rent. My understanding is when you leave you basically kiss your deposit away no matter how well you take care of your apartment. So basically the corporation is less than desirable. However, I love the staff. They are the reason I stay and I enjoy the comfortable family environment they provide. The door is always open and they will do their hardest to resolve your issues. I thank all three of you for being the best. Also, thanks for the fun Holiday treats you put out.

I have had several little things happen in my apartment since I've moved in (toilet handle broke, washing machine stalled, fire alarm squeaking) and each time I've called, maintenance is always there within the day to fix whatever I have needed! Very impressive and 10/10 would recommend this apartment community to a friend or family!

Amazing!

My family and I have been renting here for about 2 years now. Suzie in the leasing office goes above and beyond to accommodate our family, maintance requests get answered almost immediately and resolved right away. From looking around to other apartment buildings, there’s no question that peakview by horseshoe lake is the best quality and value in Loveland.

Its a quiet comfortable place, Having grounds kept up, much better crew this time around. Great dog park, Friendly staff. However, I have a Dog - and maybe you need to walk the grounds more often to catch the residents that don't pick up after their dogs, nothing worse than stepping in someone else Poop.

A very good place to call home

The staff is exceptionally kind and available and willing to work with you on all sorts of issues. I've lived here almost four years and I couldn't be happier. The rents are fair, the apartments and the grounds for well-maintained, the maintenance man are polite and respectful andand the office staff: I could praise them all day. I have a lot of health challenges and it's nice to be in a place that is so amenable and responsive during these hard times. The apartments themselves are quite nice and roomy and I feel very safe in this complex
