I loved Peak16 it was an amazing property & checked off all my boxes! When I got there the lobby was was such a beautiful space & the staff were incredibly sweet. Isabelle the leasing agent provided me with all the information I needed & showed me around the property which was in amazing condition. 0 stars. What needs the most improvement is the staff, (rude & inconsiderate of the people paying to live here) always so negative and not curtious. No one is ever smiling and every staff member looks MISERABLE. as well as general maintenance upkeep. A list of problems on each floor that has never been taken care of, seems like staff doesn’t care about the health concerns of the building. Multiple ppl moving out and not renewing their lease for a reason, all of the neighbors in the “community” have been let down due to Greystars poor management.

It is a great place and convenient area to live. The staff and maintenance do a great job and always do their job fast and efficiently. I never really hear any noise and right above the pool. If there is an issue they quickly resolve it.

Our move-in experience at Peak 16 was absolutely seamless. Every time we contacted the office, we were met with kindness and quick, helpful responses. Coming from a nightmare situation, the difference truly felt like night and day. This complex has gone way downhill from the 1 year I’ve been here, and multiple residents agree. There has been mold in the roof that is collapsing outside of my door for 4 weeks due to the rain. (Still haven’t had inspector come) Loud fans on blast nonstop blowing an awful smell throughout all air ducts. (Mold) The carpet is moist and the walls are falling apart. Floor 1 has no lock on the door, (it’s been at least 6 months of multiple residents complaining) so unsafe, nobody cares. This is not luxury, theres literally dog poop on the sidewalks everywhere, dog pee in the elevator. Smells like a musty motel 6. When jerry left this complex, everything went downhill & super unprofessional. No updates or apologies for the living condition. 0 stars.

My resident experience at Peak 16 has been exceptional! From the moment I toured the community, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. This is a very nice clean and safe community to live at. The pool and hot tube are really nice. The gym is well equipped. The packing facility is nice and secure. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. Covered parking is a must in Arizona summers.

It's been pretty good, the elevator being down for over a month is a problem, the coffee issue was also a problem feels a little overpriced for what you actually get but for the most part it has been good. Needs to have events for residents, we pay enough for that. Ppl are nice. Overall, it was better when Jerry was working here but who knows what may change.

Peak 16 has good amenities and a clean community. The location is great especially if you are an avid shopper since it is closer to a commercial area. The distance to your nearest Whole Foods and Fry's is also extremely convenient.

The staff is very accommodating. The area has everything you need around you. A lot is walking distance. Maintenance does a good job but takes some time to get to your complaint. Most of the residents are very respectful. Overall, a nice place to rest your head.

Love living here It's a walkable neighborhood, close to target, Fry's, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants. The leasing office staff is super nice and the amenities provided are top notch. It's been wonderful living here. I love having the wall bifurcation in my studio apartment, as its helps me divide my studio into a small bedroom and living room.

From the moment I toured Peak 16 I fell in love with the property. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are abundant and ready to use. I was sold by the pool, gym, and most importantly how modern and spacious the apartment units are. The unit I moved into was exactly like the one I toured. The move in process was so smooth. I love it here and there is a sense of community since everyone is so kind.

I love it here at Peak 16! The ladies in the leasing office are awesome! Always willing to help. They are so sweet & kind! The maintenance staff are hard working young men, keeping up on so many things. The lobby & game room is beautiful ,clean & smells good too! The location is perfect, 51 freeway right around the corner, I can get around the city so easily. I’m about 15-20 away from, Downtown, Scottsdale, Tempe Botanical Gardens, Paradise Valley and more. 10 minutes away from Sky harbor. Plus walking distance to a couple of strip malls and right next door is Ajo Al’s. Couldn’t ask for more!

I enjoy living here. It's quite, nice visuals and very welcoming. And convenient. You live near all the hot spots like grocery stores, deportment stores and a Trader Joe's! My first time living in Phoenix Arizona and it's been an enjoyable experience so far because I've started it off living here.

This apartment is great. It's fairly quiet, the amenities are great and the community here is nice when there's a get together. So far, I've enjoyed living in this oasis in the middle of the city of Phoenix.

We just moved here early September 2024. First of all leasing office staff was very helpful, with guiding us on finishing the leasing application process. And about the apartment community, everyone here is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment complex premises and all the amenities are always clean and very well maintained.

Great except pool needs to be open 24/7, as I got kicked out of the hot tub last night. Also the grills need to be better taken care of in the pool area as they don’t work properly.

Great amenities. Maintenance staff is wonderful. Due to concern for safety/theft and no continuous security presence, will likely move to another complex. Renewal price has also increased significantly, which doesn’t suggest they prefer keeping their current residents unfortunately.

Lots of room for improvement. Be aware that units have no fresh air intake so unless you open a window you will have the same lovely air cycled around. Cooking exhaust has no where to go. Marketing images are very deceiving and heavily filtered.

We love living at Peak16. It has exceeded our expectations. The community is well kept, staff is kind and attentive, and the apartments are beautiful. The plethora of amenities is also a huge plus. Since we've moved in, we've noticed an increase in community events and engagement, which we really enjoy. The building is also extremely convenient to everything you need, and most importantly, it's safe! Definitely worth checking out.

Love the community events and the staff is exceptional! The location is terrific—close to downtown, Biltmore, and Arcadia neighborhoods with easy access to the 51 without the noise. The community is quiet and the common areas are stunning. I love my apartment—the layout is efficient and comfortable, the view is lovely, underground parking is a bonus, and I feel safe. The mailroom with package boxes has been a lifesaver. My AC is quiet and efficient, the water pressure is great even on the fourth floor, and the design/color palette fit my taste. I cannot say enough about the leasing staff and maintenance crew—professional and personable.

The office staff at Peak were flexible and responsive, helping me with paperwork and even putting in a work order for small repairs needed upon move in. Jerry and Lexxus are superstars! Maintenance and housekeeping staff are personable, visible, and responsive. The online work order system is convenient and keeps me notified of status changes. I am happy with my move and feel safe in the community.

Overall one of the best places I have lived, the community is pretty quiet. The walls are sound proof compared to other places I have lived in.
