Peachtree Place Apartments

Best complex we've lived in, and there's been quite a few in my many years :) Single mom with one kid and feel very safe. It's quiet surrounded by trees/woods. The staff is responsive but doesn't bother unnecessarily. The apartment itself is nice - outdated but affordable which is not common around and if they were updated they'd be a lot pricier. And I love the layout. Feels bigger than it is.

I'm very happy with my stay at Peachtree Place. The grounds include two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a gym. The grounds are cleaned daily, so they're always spotless. I've stayed in other apartments, so I have something to compare them to, and this is the best!

I’ve lived at Peachtree Apartments for a couple of years now and couldn’t be happier! The team is quick, reliable, and always does a great job. The area feels safe, quiet, and nicely secluded — perfect for a peaceful place to come home to. I’ve never had any issues since living here. I would definitely recommend Peachtree Apartments to anyone looking for a great community to live in.

I love living here. It feels warm and cozy, not cold and unfamiliar like newly built places. The staff is kind and helpful. Maintenance is always willing to help if you need something. I haven’t a 4 star because only minor things are lacking, like a mailbox for outgoing mail.

The staff is very helpful, maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner, the grounds are kept in excellent condition, and the location is very convenient right off 77 and close to many stores and restaurants.

Where town and country mesh! It is such a nice place to live with the convenience of living the city life, while having the country and nature in your backyard. Calm, peaceful & quiet are great words to express the atmosphere of this neighborhood, along with safe! We really do enjoy living here.

Although we feel that the apartments all need major renovating in order to modernize them and demand the rents they charge, we have enjoyed living here for approximately 5 years. We have stayed this long because of the school district(s). The amenities - when they are not under renovation or closed for some other reason - are very nice. The neighbors are generally very nice.

I have lived here almost 2 years and all I can say is, I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere else. The office staff are always available. Maintenance is on top of everything. The grounds are well maintained. 2 pools, tennis courts. What more could you ask for!! GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!

I’ve lived in Peachtree Place Apartment community for almost a year now and it’s been great so far. It’s quiet and comfy, with friendly residents. I also appreciate being super close to I-85 anytime I want to go into town in Charlotte.

I’ve lived at Peachtree Place Apartments since May of 2021 and I love it here. It’s more of a neighborhood or community, not people stuffed in and stacked on top of each other. It’s close to everything yet feels off the beaten path and private. There’s room to breathe here.

For those hoping to call Peach Tree home, please know that’s exactly what it feels like to live here. In my opinion and experience living here for 2 years now, my neighbors, the leasing staff and maintence team are just good people. They are there to help when needed and leave you in peace. I appreciate the up to date communications sent by the leasing office and there commitment to the residents and the grounds here at the peach. The love and care shows.

I have lived here for about a year and 1/2 and absolutely love it. The apartment grounds are always clean and well kept, there's a playground for the children, and ample room for them to ride their bikes and scooters. The pools and tennis courts are well maintained as well. If by chance you do need a maintenance call, the maintenance team is awesome! They arrive quickly and are always super friendly. The on site car wash, weight room, and club house means I seldom have to leave the property! I would (and have) recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

We are living in Peachtree Place since 2020. It is peaceful.here and kids get Place to play , swimming and ride bikes. Much calmer and safe tightly recommend this community.

I especially love the landscaping. Lovely flowering shrubs and trees. The place is well maintained. Management are friendly and helpful. Maintenance guys are all nice and do their work well. Great location and lots of places to walk.

I just Recently moved to the Fort Mill area and very glad I to live here. The staff is very helpful. I could not ask for better neighbors as I trvel for work weekly. My neighbors have welcomed me and look after my place while Im gone. The ammenities are endless and two saltwater pools that are kept in Pristine shape!

Peachtree Apartments are located in a wonderful location in Fort Mill. Just minutes from I-77, shopping, down town Fort Mill and restaurants. The buildings are older and need a fresh coat of paint on the outside, but the inside is comfy and cozy; you will feel right at home. Living here, you get the big town feel, but you are also located just 20 minutes south of the big city... Charlotte, NC. They have 2 nice size pools, a small gym, a car detail center and there are side walks and trails around the area. Great place to start if you are just moving in to the area!
