Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.
South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. There’s also plenty of parks and shopping centers to keep residents entertained. Hartsfield-Jackson airport sits on the eastern edge of South Fulton, so if you travel for work but want more space than the city would provide, look no further.

Terrible management, the apartment building grounds are disgusting , trash outside , loitering , guy sitting outside your apartment on steps smoking weed
I came to this apartment complex and solicited a 3 bedroom apartment and the day we moved in Debra gave us a one bedroom apartment, as upset as i was, we stayed because we had no place to go, several weeks later they moved us to a 2 bedroom, apartment in such nasty conditions, dog poop all over carpet and patio. they never gave me a contract, so just imagine what kind of circus Debra is running. I asked management for my 3 bedroom apartment and contract so many times that I lost count. Debra said that if I didn't like it I could leave any time, so we did. The hole complex is beat up, dirty and unsafe, drug dealers come and go all times since the main gate is broken and neighbors told me that is always unsafe, and marijuana smokers, there's evictions every week, pathetic and sad place. Everybody I talked to had a bad experience with Debra and the other manager. Hopefully the owners or new administration are looking close to this reviews, tenants are stopping paying rent or leaving, regardless of destroying their own credit report.
Dirty and trash all over, marijuana smokers who smoke indoors and their smoke comes to the neighbors apartments through the walls, the most pathetic and horrifying administration and managing people at the front office. Over all I will give this place a minus 5 stars but I cannot. If you are looking for a nice place to move in, this is not it, Please do your homework and check for all details before signing the lease in this place

This is a great area to live in if you're planning on starting a family or have a family already. The rent is very affordable along with a spacious floor plan, the porch is spacious enough to put a table and chairs and enjoy the fresh area. Its in a gated community with weekly lawn maintenance, a clean pool with lounge chairs, tables and a fence, a gym with all the needed equipment as if you're going to a professional gym, a playground that's shaded for the kids to play and not be directly in the sun. Weekly events at the clubhouse for residents such as movie night, meet and greet, and fitness night. The apartment complex is in walking distance to fast food restaurants, gas stations, 5 minutes from the interstate and 15 minutes from Fayetteville and Peachtree City shopping center.
