Apartments are well designed, spacious and well built all with secure entrances. In a great area. Construction is very sound proof and is a very quiet building with respectable tenants. Amenities are good and there is a community feeling.

The elevator serving the parking deck has been broken for 6 months and management will not repair

We love our apartment. We enjoy the grounds that have beautiful trees, flowers, plants. Our floor plan is open and spacious. I love that only the bedrooms have carpet. Our apartment is easy to maintain. The current management team are great and friendly.

Peachtree Dunwoody Place has the best management staff I've ever worked with! I was still living out of state when Lindsay was assisting me with virtual tours and paperwork to get me squared away with my spacious unit. Beautiful view from my balcony and hardly any noise complaints. Can't imagine a better rental community in Atlanta.

This an excellent luxury apartment complex but it is poorly maintained.

Over all, I’ve enjoyed living here. I feel it’s a safe and quiet environment, well located. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and responsive.

The apartments are quiet, clean and well-cleaned, and the leasing staff are friendly and responsive. It's a pity that some kitchen equipment is old, but I hope this will be improved.
