      Beautiful and Positive

      I needed an apartment quickly. The office manager and staff were nothing but understanding and helped expedite my application. The apartment is beautiful and in great working order. The staff quickly responded to my service request and it’s been an overwhelming positive transition into this complex

      Do you like living in an apartment that is up to 90 degrees?

      The temp in our apartment has been hovering between 80-90 (even when it is only 75 outside) for a week now. They still haven’t fixed it. It is currently 87 degrees in here as I write this. They marked the maintenance ticket as “completed,” even though they haven’t fixed anything, so I had to resubmit it. And now they seem to be just ignoring it. I even emailed the office, and they didn’t respond.

      Amazing and Friendly

      Had an amazing experience moving in here!! Both, Amy and Eleanore were very friendly and very informative during the whole process They went out of their way to help accommodate my questions and needs…and they still are. The 2 bedroom apartment is very nice, especially since it has two full bathrooms in it and even includes a laundry room. The fiber internet, pool and fitness room are great added bonuses.

      Love it here

      My husband and I recently moved in and so far, it’s been great. The manager Amy is such a sweet soul, so easy to talk to and work with. As someone else mentioned, there is not enough stars to rate her, she’s been so amazing! Cetera, who also works in the office, is awesome! We love them and have felt so welcomed here. The apartment is so beautiful, we love living here!

      This Property is clean and well kept. The management is very kind and helpful in resolving any issues in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Payson Point!

      clean and fresh

      We just moved in and from the second I walked into the office of this place and spoke with Amy I have never felt more comfortable and heard. She really helped us get moved in fast and with no hasle. Everything is fresh and new, the only problem we did have was user error and still they came and helped me figure it out. Our animals are welcome and there are pet stations to clean up after them. If you are looking for that reset and need something clean and comfortable that has more roomt hen you think for an apartment then this is the place.

      Don’t move here

      This place is a nightmare. The workers look into your windows, and will hangout on your back porch and use your outlets. I’ve had people from the property also just walk into my unit with no notice. You’ll pay $500+ what they advertise. One of the workers ran a tractor into my car and the complex refuses to provide me info for the company so I can get it fixed. They have safety hazards ALL over the place. It also reeks like dog poop because they never empty the one dog poop trash can.

      Don’t move here.

      I moved in as the first resident and had an ant infestation in the apartment for the first two months of living here. I let the management know immediately and was told to deal with it on my own with vinegar. They only did something after I started bugging them every day about it because they were getting into our food, on the dining table, and crawling into our beds and up our walls in the hundreds if not thousands. The dishwasher has never dried our dishes, and despite management knowing that too they have responded with its brand new so there’s no way that’s possible. I was supposed to be moved into a 3 bedroom by august at the latest and was temporarily moved into a two bedroom. I’ve been paying the price of a 3 bedroom apartment the whole time and management refused lowering rent despite us not being moved into a 3 bedroom like agreed upon. They told me they can’t because they gave me a promotion when I signed the lease. If they couldn’t take care of me as a singular tenant I don’t see them keeping their head above water with the now multiple tenants. Don’t move here
