Property Ratings at Pavilions on Central Apartments
Don't rent from this place. There are plenty if better options in the surrounding area. This place is the ghetto. The quality of the construction is very poor and cheap. The buildings are made entirely out of wood and you can hear every single footstep and toilet flush from you adjacent neighbors. I was stalked and harassed by the black couple living directly above me. They chased me out after only 6 weeks by constantly dropping heavy objects over my head where ever Inwas inside my apartment. Seriously, consider why a multi story apartment with a garage is so cheap, it's because its actually cheap. Also, most of their reviews are phony, you can tell because the person only leaves 1 review.

I had a kitchen sink clog. Tried to fix it myself. No luck. Placed a request with a ridiculous one hour time window and apparently Noah dropped everything He was doing to rush over and catch me while I was home he then proceeded to run through all his tricks in order to clear the drain and confirmed it was a clog deep within the walls. That sounds like a pretty big job to me, but Noah jumped on the comms. With Chris and they were able to call back an external plumber that was just here on the property in order to fix it immediately. My expectation for something like this would be a two day Wait at least but nope as per the usual Noah and Chris to the rescue exceeding expectations as professionally and kindly as possible I love it here at the Pavilions and they are a huge part of it. I’ve loved my time at Pavilions! It’s a wonderful location, safe, and quiet. I never hear neighbors and rarely outdoor noise. The pool and gym are well kept and clean, and the apartments are modern with lots of great lighting.

We have been overall pleased with Pavilions. As 4 girls with 4 cars and crazy schedules we needed primarily good parking. Pavilions offers this in a very convenient location. Further, the leasing staff is kind and helpful, and was so accommodating during our unusual move-in experience.

I have been a resident at Pavilions on Central for over 5 years. It is a perfect location for accessing the attractions of Phoenix and the surrounding areas. The rail is conveniently located by the Pavilions so that the need for a car can easily be alleviated in many scenarios. Pavilions on Central is definitely a place to consider for making your home in Phoenix.
The processes of moving in was amazing, staff is so helpful, and maintenance is great as well, thank you guys!
It’s tough to explain how much relief it gives me to have maintenance be so effective and responsive with their work. It’s a game changer and worth the price of admission.

I'd like to commend Iris and Holly as the management team at Pavilions. Although we are seeing rent prices rise in the phoenix area, they are one of the best teams as far as community living is concerned. Anytime I need to reach the office, they are on the spot. The Pavilions on Central is a great community with an excellent location. The apartments are comfortable with nice floorplans. There are plenty of useful amenities including a workout facility. There are lots of restaurants and areas of interest nearby. Public transportation is always easily accessible to all residents. The Pavilions on Central is an ideal community for anyone who wishes to be close to activities in the heart of Phoenix.

The process of signing the lease, communicating with staff, moving in were so easy. The staff members responded quickly and answered all my questions. The complex is clean and offers a variety of amenities. Paying rent, receiving packages, and putting in work orders are very convenient. I also love the keyless entry into the apartment.

Love the Pavillions vibe as a whole. The double balconies, split floor layout, updated appliances, and brick aesthetics make the townhomes so beautiful! The gym is dope and pool/view from the pool is beautiful. The cobblestone pavement and the lighting makes it feel like you live in a gated community in a different country or something, its so unique!

Everything has been beyond exceptional. Very satisfied. Happy to call this home.
The staff is very attentive and accommodating. That has really been the number one thing for me. They genuinely seem to care about the tenants concerns and living experience at this property.
It's a nice looking community, just beware of a dirty apartment upon move in with the possibility of your ac not working, and a plethora of things broken throughout. Also staff are not always the warmest people to work with.
Great staff and neighbors - a real sense of professionalism and community.
If youre looking for an incredible dog friendly property, Pavillions is definitely the place to be!

Once again Pavilions on Central is THE Place to live. From the maintenance department to management, everything works perfectly here. My issues are resolved expertly and extremely fast. Love living here. Thanks Pavilions.
I've been living in Pavilions for almost 3 years now. First of location is great. Airport is less than 10 minutes, my job is also the same. Also I feel very safe here. Maintenance and office staff are very very helpful. New gym is great. I enjoy living here and I recommend to all my friends.
If nothing goes wrong during your lease, the Pavilions is a fine place to live. You live in a great location in a good neighborhood, helpful office staff, and may even have a garage. But if anything goes wrong, oh boy is it a nightmare. My apartment flooded due to a rainstorm to the point where the emergency maintenance worker told me to leave for the night. We had at least 2 inches of standing water in our apartment when we left. Getting any response from the management company the next day was a complete nightmare - it took hours to get anyone to come to my apartment to look at the damages. My whole carpet was ripped out and a dehumidifier was placed in the bedroom bringing the whole apartment up to 90+ degrees for two days. I asked to be put into a hotel for my inconvenience and was told no. Maintenance determined that all of the walls needed to be removed after a few days - they were so soft that the men doing my asbestos test said digging into the wall was like butter. After a few days expressing my concern for mold, I was told that I could move apartments at my own cost. What do we find in the new apartment? Water damage, of course. My renters insurance told me that the Pavilions were liable as they had neglected to maintain the premises - the Pavilions told me that accidents happen. In talking to my neighbors, this was not a first. Other units had flooded severely like mine due to rainfall in the past. When other issues arose for my neighbors (storage broken into), the management's response came off as "that sucks to hear." Issues like the car gates not working will be unfixed for days at a time. If you decide to move here, get flood insurance so you don't have to deal with a lengthy legal process. Better yet, go find an apartment with a management company with any amount of compassion or empathy and rent a storage garage for your car if you need a garage.
The pavilions community has always been very good about complaining service requests. Not only do they do the work in a timely manner they're considerate and respectful while in the house. They always call before entering the property to ensure safety.

The Pavilions on Central is a great place to live. The location is convenient to the rail, downtown, parks, museums, restaurants and shopping on Camelback. The staff and maintenance crew are always available and keep residents informed. The grounds are well-maintained, attractive and clean. The Pavilions on Central also has a beautiful pool and new, well-equipped fitness center.
I love Pavilions on Central! The staff are awesome and super friendly, the location is perfect, the apartment just feels like home and I love having a garage!
Great location, staff is ALWAYS ready and WILLING to assist, great layout options to chose from, updated units w/ connected home features like smart locks and smart thermostats! Even though are many other "new" complexes going up, their layouts and smaller rooms just don't compare to the Pavilions, especially when you compare them on price! We've lived in the area for years and are loving living here so far!
Pavilions on Central is the best place to live. The management down to the grounds crew are amazing. Not only does it feel like home but it is HOME!!!
