The apartment complex is located in a nice area with a lot of amenities around to make the residence lives easier. The complex is quiet and homey. The apartment complex has a gym to workout, mailbox, and parking lot privileges.

Overall, my experience living in this apartment has been pretty good. The place itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and generally meets my day-to-day needs without any major issues. The layout is practical, the appliances work as expected, and the building feels safe and easy to live in. Management has also been reasonably responsive whenever I’ve had a question or small concern, which I really appreciate. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise from my upstairs neighbor. They tend to walk with noticeably heavy steps, and at times it can be louder than expected, especially in the evenings. It’s not constant, but it does affect the overall quietness of the space. Aside from that, the apartment is perfectly okay for the price and location, and I’m generally satisfied with living here

Great experience here. I transitioned from a 2 bed to a one bedroom with my roomie moving out and the front office has made my move seamlessly smooth. Very appreciative!

It’s going well so far. Quiet enough, clean. The worse thing to happen is people driving like bats out of hell, and not cleaning up after their dogs. Don’t walk in the grass.

It’s My second day in my first apartment and I’m Really enjoying it . Since I first stepped foot at the pavilion I’ve felt welcomed and they are very sweet

Overall a good experience. The neighborhood is very pretty and mostly kept clean. Parking is usually pretty easy to find. Neighbors can be noisy at times but it's not too bad. Super close to gas stations, Walmart, and several food places.

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The property is always well-kept, and any time I’ve needed something, the management team has been quick, professional, and genuinely caring. They really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. It’s refreshing to live somewhere that actually feels like home, not just an apartment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with a great community and a team that truly cares.

the neighborhood has weird vibes lately, it's cool that they are putting in better effort towards the resident events and the art events are a nice touch

Living here for 3 years now and I haven’t had any issues! Love the community events that happen every month. Great place; great location; kind staff.

Staff is so nice. I love the events. It is a blessing and a curse to be this close to a Walmart. The area is so good because I'm not too far from anything.

I found this complex online. Went to tour the next day. I met Tori. Her energy and customer service was great from the start. She communicated well about the complex and provided me with all answer to my question's. Application process and move in day went smooth. The neighborhood so far is quiet. I’m enjoying my new space!!

i mean its alright you know the trash gets picked up the grass gets cut there is noise here and there but that's to be expected that's about it.

I love the place really very cool, beautiful, clean and salary, and even when we need something to repair only their abogen and prohibited immediately and all of the office serving

Charged for trash i wasn't responsible for and denied a reasonable accommodation. Had my attorney contact leasing office and no response. Very upset

I love living at Pavillion Village. The neighborhood is peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. The apartments are also gery spacious and comfortable. Overall, I am enjoying my time and hope to continue to love it.

Overall, I like living here — we’ve been here a while and it’s felt like home. But there are definitely things that need attention. People leave Walmart carts all over the complex, and it makes the place look neglected. On top of that, a lot of dog owners aren’t picking up after their pets, which is frustrating and unsanitary. It would be great if we could all take a little more pride in keeping the community clean and respectful. A few small changes would really go a long way!!

Decent community to live in so far, not too noisy and not super crowded. Sometimes traffic can be rough being so close to the PNC stadium but nothing too crazy

It just feels like the atmosphere here is declining. the energy within the new staff in the office is hostile and does not feel as though we can properly approach them. Its is unfair that we are being charged for services like trash that have such strict windows that 90% of residents cannot benefit from and then we are being penalized on top of being required to pay for the service. a 5-7pm window for trash pick up is absolutely ridiculous for those of use who have traditionally working hours, or physical restraints due to illness, age or disability. Then to charge residents for having a the trash bin out of their doors when that has been the rule for Y E A R S is insane. I hope you seek renegotiation with your contractor because I know for sure i am not the only one upset about this. Its clear that the focus is solely on impressing incoming residents instead of supporting and maintaining current ones.

My roomie and I have talking about all of the changes that have been implemented in the community and how pleased me are about them! The cameras, the pool, the community socials etc, were very satisfied! May I suggest the next area to renovate be the gym room? Specifically the weight room? Some of the machines don’t work or are out dated and some of the weights are missing or damaged. It would really mean a lot to the community! Thank you guys again and keep up the great work!

Has been very good for my family. My friends who have come over also love all of the features, and how well everything is up-kept. Good decision on our first time apartment list.

Good complex gets better over time but management changes a lot . So far so good on improvements with complex . I hope it’s stay a welcoming and peaceful community.

I like it here and compared to other places in Charlotte it's affordable. My apartment is cozy, the community is nice, the location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great the area is clean nice and not to much lose either noise either. Amazing pool and clubhouse and full gym as well it’s like everything you need with wall art next door

It’s amazing. Just wish the gate was fixed sooner rather than later because it would make me feel safer. Maybe we could do something like food truck every Friday in the summer

I love living here. Property is kept clean. It’s very quiet and I have never had a problem either with neighbors or management. The maintenance team are very quick and efficient.

Great changes, great staff, great fun……….. the only thing is the gate that aggravated me. Fix it. Close it! Everything else is very well kept

I have been feeling great about being a resident here at the Pavillion lately. The management seems to be doing everything they can to make this a safe, fun place to live. I enjoy the meet and greets we have which allow us to learn more about who lives in the community. I watch the maintenance guys go around every morning picking up trash that tenants leave on the premises. When I have a maintenance request they are quick to answer the call.

It’s a nice community they always come and help and they keep it clean they make sure the community always look presentable as well as u won’t really hear a lot of nose just the regular walking and people going up to their apartment

In the almost 2 years living in this apartment complex, I’ve had no real bad experiences! The staff are helpful and kind. The only “complaint” is that more maintenance/handman/woman staff should be hired for repairs to minimize the wait.

I feel very happy. It's a nice experience living here. The office staff is very nice. The atmosphere is very calm. So far, I recommend it 100 percent.

The community is well kept and quiet. If I have a maintenance issue, they are quick to respond and fix the problem. I like it here, I'm at home. MB

Tori was very helpful and welcoming she's awesome very good customer service . From the beginning of the move in process to the end she was able to provide accurate information and meet all deadlines

The apartments are nice as well as the amenities. It is a great community with very few disturbances. Maintenance and the staff are very friendly and do a great job.

I've been here 2 weeks and everything has been going smoothly so far. My only complaint is "damages" from the last tenants weren't fixed and the water heater needed to be reset, but my homegirls fixed it. Other than that we love the place.

The complex didn’t do a great job with maintenance on apartment prior to my move in. That’s my opinion. There where touch up painting on cabinets that could have been done, the light over the stove wasn’t replaced, the sinks stoppers were not work, etc.

This is my second time reviewing this property and telling future residents to beware. I have lived at this property for many years and can attest to being treated unfairly when it comes to issues pertaining to management. In November, I had a neighbor who moved in above me with a large dog. I’ve had issues with the dog running back and forth making noises as well as today being the second time the resident had a dog in his unit that caused issues to my living and personal items. The first time the tenant allowed someone to bring a dog that was not on a leash and I was able to capture it on my ring camera. Management later responded with pet rules via email. On today, I notice wet spots and hair all over my patio furniture that I believed to be urine and immediately notified management and requested a call due to taking a video that captured a dog on the patio. I later received 3 emails, one from the regional manager and two from the property manager. I was informed due to the patio being wood, things are going to drop down through the crack and them insinuating it was water because they took photos of a water bowl. I am highly disappointed with this property and constantly being told a dog has more rights than a paying tenant. I work hard for my items and should not have to deal with them being destroyed by dog waste or dander. I do not recommend anyone to live here. Please beware of this property as they do not care about tenants or their rights. This is definitely a pet friendly property.

Neighborhood is quiet just wish the staffing was better when it comes to communication. Decent amount of car break ins also so make sure you consider getting a garage.

it is nice here, i wish the gate would be fixed so it can operate correctly. It is near alot of shops and stores and that is nice the location is good

The apartment complex is fine but we need the gates to be fixed permanently. It seems like they are broken every other month. Also there needs to be better dog clean up. Too many dogs are using the bathroom and not enough people picking up after their dog. The complex should hire someone to pick up the poop

So far so good, the community is great! I work uptown so highway access is awesome! Everything that I need is super close that’s another plus for this area.

Good clean house looks like new and peaceful. wind direction is good waiting for good fortune. My daughter and wife likes new house. We are shifting within these week.

Amazing community, office staff is professional and does an amazing job making you feel at home. I love the fact that it’s right beside Walmart, I can literally walk there. I’m super excited to call this community home.

The leasing process was fantastic! Marquis was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to sign the lease within a week and moved in soon after. Love living here so far and the location is decently walkable if you don't have a car.

Not a bad place just your car could get broken into like mine, so you need to make sure you don’t carry any valuable items in your car. But other than that not bad.

I’ve recently moved to the community and I was a little skeptical at first being I wasn’t able to receive the keys to the unit as discussed prior to arriving. Once received, the apartment was clean and as photos without the hard wood. We were told that our apartment would be one with vinyl throughout but the carpet is okay too. There’s minimal maintenance that needs to be done inside the unit as well but overall the community is nice, the area is also a plus, and so far contacting administration when needed hasn’t been an issue of mine. We are going to continue to feel out the area as we settled in here and hope for the best moving forward. As of now, so far so good.

I love it here very welcoming and peaceful. The office staff are very sweet and the customer service is awesome. My new neighbors has already reached out to welcome me and my daughter and we are so excited to start our new life here in Charlotte.

I like this complex I have been living here for many years the staff are nice and the maintenance service is good But there is a problem that bothers me from the neighbors who live above me Very annoying and make a lot of noise.
