Great location, conveniently located near and plenty of shopping, movie theaters and just a short distance to interstate access to get you to downtown Charleston or Teays Valley. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and expanded basic cable so you pay only electric. Very spacious bedroom and living room with dining area. Kitchen is furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Enjoy the pool and basketball court in the summertime. We also have laundry facilities on site for your convenience. Call for your appointment to come out and take a look! No pets and We do not accept housing programs.
