Freeway access puts you just minutes to U of A, - WEM is a 10-minute drive, and downtown not much more. Sorry, smoking is not permitted within the building; some pets are allowed with prior permission. Suites include a frost-free fridge, stove, and dishwasher, (PREMIUM SUITES may include stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, fireplace, etc.) We would love to show you your new home!
