Property Ratings at Passenger Flats
Or, alternatively, it should be called “the Shoo Shoo behind the Choo Choo.” I’d have to guess when it was converted from a Holiday Inn to apartments, and no longer met the standards to be a Holiday Inn franchise. Other than taking the signs down and replacing them, very little has been done to even maintain the properties. It may look better than it appears at first glance, but with careful observation one we’ll see that Dog Poop appears pretty regularly around the premises, particularly on rainy days. The washing machines will ruin your clothes. The place is constantly under construction, so get used to the noise of saws and hammering. The fire alarms go off regularly. There is mold everywhere. In the last two months of living here, there have been both Internet and plumbing outages, and the pool in the eastern building has been closed for a week . Anywhere but here. Keep looking.
