I got a call at 10:10 am from Jeanette stating there was an apartment available and I was next on list. I missed call but called back immediately and got voice mail. I then 30 min later went to the office. Teresa(manager) was there and explained what I need. I went to get, got back and Teresa was not there but I gave money order to Jeanette. She gave me paperwork. I brought back paperwork at 4ish. When I walked in they said someone came in before me!!!! Why is there a wait list. Jeanette told me they call 10 people and it is first come, first get. That is ridiculous. People work. It took me 10 min to go over there from original phone call and I did not know this was a rat race. Horrible procedures. I will take this to upper management. Ridiculous!

The property did have two available units to lease at that time. Per our policy and procedure; the property called the next five applicants on the waiting list by phone; in this case, the property called ten applicants since we had two available units. Per our policy; the first person who comes into the office to complete the application and tenders the application fee will secure the unit. We encourage you to stay in contact with the leasing office to check your status on the waiting list.
It is the best place to live! These apartments are quiet all the time and so are the most secure. Maintenance workers are adept and eager to quickly repair broken items also it’s so so clean and they built 2015 . All the management are friendly they take care for everything to keep residents look happy . I would say The best apartments in San Antonio

So happy to have moved here. Been living here for 3 months, Quite place, and of course the staff is great. Especially Angela the manager. She helped us to the end. Very polite. Made us feel welcome.
Just want to say been here 2months only and I love my apt. And the apt. Complex,and very welcomeing u with open arms Angela the manger is super nice and very patient with you when she giving the welcome package lease the whole staff is just so awesome .very beautiful place to live with ur kids . Very peacful as well out here and very safe apt. Complex . ??
