Convenience describes Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga in San Bernardino County. Found 42 miles east of Los Angeles, this Inland Empire region falls where Interstates 10 and 15 intersect. The area locals simply call "Cucamonga" or "Rancho" rests northeast from its neighbor, Ontario.
Ontario and Cucamonga residents enjoy two major malls, multiple parks and contemporary houses. You find numerous restaurants at every turn, along with heavy-hitter retail stores such as Bass Pro Shops for outdoor enthusiasts.
The flat terrain makes nice cycling routes, with the San Gabriel Mountains in the backdrop. Singles and families have ample choices for entertainment in this neighborhood, making it a popular hangout year-round.

Property Ratings at Paseos at Montclair North
The neighbors that live here are extremely rude, constantly blocking other people's garages and getting into fights with you when you ask them to move so you can park. They have extremely loud cars that wake you up at 2 AM. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear your neighbors going up and down their stairs at any time of day and night. Parking sucks, never available for guests. Management never picks up the phone, and uses COVID as an excuse to essentially never staff the leasing office. The appliances included in the apartment barely work, we had to toss out $300 worth of food just because their freezer broke and spoiled all the food. It's been a horrible 6 months at these apartments.
After weeks of searching and stressing to find the prefect apartment and apartment complex for my family to call home, I almost gave up. Not only thinking, started to believe it was impossible. I focused on: move-in costs, monthly rent amount, size, location, community amenities, and a great leasing staff. Then I came across Paseos at Montclair North, I called and made an appointment to view an apartment with Joshua. On the way there I told myself, I may have to settle for something less. Bothered and tired we walked into the leasing office at Paseos Montclair, immediately greeted by Joshua! After sharing with Joshua as I shared above, he smiled!! That smile made my feel relieved of all negative feelings that I had walking into his office. Joshua, thank you for everything! This is a stressful choice for one to make, everything I was focused on was beautifully met. Thank you
they will lie to you about everything!!!! if you move there, take videos, picture or before and after.. you will not get any deposit back, even if you stay there for 1 month.. we lived there for 3 months, hardly being at home and we didn't even have furniture, or even a picture on the wall, and they still charged us 180.00 to paint the entire apartment. they expect you to hire a professional cleaners at the end when you leave the place, because I cleaned the apartment better than I received it and they said we need to see receipts that was done professionally... They claim they will paint the kitchen cabinets: Cheap Ikea wood that cannot be painted. I hardly used the cabinet because I was never home!!! they were in worse shape when I got them, I had to clean them!!! they charged us 200 dollars for that.. please find another place, they will scam you. I am a professional, I have rented for the past 8 years, the nature of my job I have moved 7 times and lived in 7 apartment and houses and never seen such scam, I always got at least 85% of my deposit back, this time I got less than 20 percent!!! I just don't have time or energy to talk to them..
The leasing office staff are wonderful if you are a prospective renter touring the Paseos. It all falls apart when you actually become a tenant, the office staff are inattentive, do not call back, act like they are doing YOU the largest favor-ever, and unknowledgeable. It really seems like third-rate sorority sisters miserably failing at property management. The parking situation is horrendous. Up until March there was a requirement to display a hanging permit issued by a private company on your car to park in zones specified for residents. Management didn't have the parking company enforce at all, leading to many people parking their old immobile cars, people parking work trucks/vans in resident parking, using their garage as storage/hangout space because parking was available, thus the large parking issue. Now the soon-to-be implemented situation forces 1 bedroom apartments to ONLY be able to park one vehicle, and 2 bedrooms to have only 2 cars. This forces anyone with more than those threshold amount cars to park on street parking which is a fraction of resident parking. While this is understandable to someone that is alerted to this rule BEFORE they sign a lease and move-in, current residents are affected by this material change to their lease to be trapped in the rest of the lease contract or fight for 15 street parking spots which cannot be parked on Tuesdays because of street cleaning. This really shows managements MINIMAL regard for the residents.
Everything you need to make an apartment a home. Great location and wonderful neighbors.
