Great experience with the knowledgeable staff showing and setting up showings for our new apartment. Created a smooth transition for moving with easy access to all amenities.
I love it here. A few small issues. There is a lot of I picked up dog poop in the community and in the dog park. Not all dog bag stations have bags. Some have been empty for days. The door to dog park is broken. Otherwise, I love it here and everything else is perfect.

smooth and helpful, they've walked me through everything. gave me a visual tour of the unit, even did follow ups to see if i was still interested. they've been very patient as well with my work schedule since i work a lot. told me about all the restaurants to try!

Beautiful property and an amazing staff! Everybody I’ve met here has good vibes. There are so many restaurants to choose from on property or right across the street! There’s even a few bars right down stairs!

Application process was very simple and easy, I got the yes within 24 hrs and move in process was simple , though I will say the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly before move-in. The Community is very beautiful and the outside is clean . Indoor is also very clean.

Love living here! Maintenance responds quickly, neighbors are quiet, property is beautiful! Our garage gate keeps getting broken or hit so that is the only thing is I wish it was more secure.

Apartment is really nice, and while there were a couple things "Broken" when I moved in, Paseo Maintenance were very prompt and friendly when it came to fixing these problems.

It’s the perfect mix of small community while still feeling like you’re in a different town. We love the architecture and scenery, it sets us up for a great environment to be in. Not great. Move-in was a mess with broken glass from a light fixture everywhere and bugs infestation (looks like fleas but was told biscuit beetles). Washer was missing the locking latch so had to wait to wash my clothes. Had a water leak from the secondary drain overflowing. Dishwasher smelled and didnt drain. Alot of issues compared to what i was shown from the "available" apartments and models

A couple of hiccups upon moving in with regards to the cleanliness of the apartment and some minor issues with the state of the appliances, but the staff has been great doing their best to remedy the situation and have been very prompt in helpful making our move in a more enjoyable experience. Amy at leasing office was so helpful with our move in. The apartment is so pretty and the community is amazing. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the apartment was not cleaned well at all before we got our keys. But other than that the process has been so smooth.

Love living at Paseo Eilan . It’s pricey but I love the environment and location . Although there are a lot of things that needs to be improved . Like mails, packages should be more centralized meaning you can claim it in one area only and then that area should be very secured. So far I have stayed 2.5 years here but lost 4 packages already . Security doors should always work . At times these doors are out of order and it takes a bit of time to fix it .

Moving to the Paseo has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I explored several luxury apartments, but this property surpassed them all. To my surprise, it was the oldest among the options I considered. Living here truly feels like being in a high-end complex in New York City. Be sure to ask for Amy—she is fantastic! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. This should be your next home!

I have lived at Paseo for about two months now and everything has been spectacular. Maintenance has been timely for everything that needed to be looked at and my neighbors have been very welcoming. The location is great too. All the restaurants has made the stay amazing!

It has been amazing, but when we first moved in “it was renovated” and after getting all our stuff in, there was so many things that needed to get fix and it was work order after work order. When we thought we found the end there were still a couple of things and some more that after 2 months of being moved it, still has not done. The apartment is so pretty but it was a pain to move in and leasing office takes some time to answer. We love the style and the appliances but connecting with the office and maintenance a pain. Everything else it pretty great though!

Not safe. Needles in the parking lot, daily car break-ins, fleas at the dog park, dirty and broken down apartments, random families/non-residents use the pool, shootings resulting in death (look it up). Leasing office is useless and unresponsive unless you write a bad review. Y’all should be ashamed.

Other than the pests in my apartment. Great so far. The community itself is great. Folks are polite. Broken equipment gets repaired fast. New management is really on top of their game

4 stars is pretty good. Things have improved! All the upgraded apartments look very nice. I especially like how quiet is. The appliances go beyond expectations.

It’s good place. Kinda nice to be honest. I like the windows. I like the pool. Garage is a nice touch. Nice wood floors. All around not to shabby.

The place is beautiful but it needs to improve safety and maintenance, also the dog park is not very nice and needs some work and a drinking fountain for the dogs

Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Won't fix tesla charger in garage which is a huge inconvenience to EV drivers...will probably have to move.

I enjoy living here. The views are perfect. I am able to exercise in doors and outdoors. We’re very close to attractions and daily conveniences. The amenities are great and I feel relatively safe. I would recommend this area to those that like an active place to live.
