Love it here! Very comfortable living, great amenities, and affordable. Have lived here for 3 years now, and plan to continue to re lease! Great place!

Live here about 1 full month and have really enjoyed all of the amenities and especially the neighborhood. I can walk to all my necessities, if only I could walk to work!

Overall I have had mostly a positive experience living here. It’s a great area with nice walking paths and I love all the community events. The onsite office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and take concerns appropriately.

Living here makes life easy for my daughter, husband, and I because it’s very centrally located to everything we care about. We have family nearby, we can walk to have dinner out, get groceries easily, fine services easily. The building is usually quite quiet and we like that it’s cleaned often and kept up nicely.

It’s really hard to give any kind of a review about my apartment community because I’ve only been here for approximately 24 hours. I can say that the person who helped show me where to take my rubbish and where the parking lot and larger items that need disposing go Was very nice and helpful to me. There was a little bit of a miscommunication about when I needed to get in for furniture delivery, but that was taken care of pretty quickly. So overall, I would say everything’s going great in the community.

so far so great :) everything is clean and well put together. I love the view from my apartment and so far everyone seems so friendly. I love everything that comes with the apartment as well of all the festivals that happen :)

It’s been great moving in here. There are so many amenities, great location with so much to do. Having a gorgeous trail in the backyard is also a bonus

Beautiful apartments and great location. The balconies are good size and so is my apartment. I got a great deal as well so their prices are pretty reasonable too. I would recommend this place for sure.

Special shoutout to Anthony from maintenance department. They are very quick with addressing any issues that may arise. I had issue with my dishwasher leaking water. Within 24 hrs., Anthony came and fixed the issue

The first 6 months of living here at these apartments were wonderful however, once winter set in, the reality of how cheap the apartments are also set in. The HVAC fan doesn’t work properly leading to mold build up inside the unit, the balconies are never pressure washed (even after multiple requests during the summer months), and the garage doors are ALWAYS broken. Go spend a few more dollars somewhere else.

Have been here for over two years and absolutely love, everything is within walking distance and the entire staff are always friendly and speak to you. If not for me retiring in 3 months, I would definitely renew my lease.

This would be a nicer place to live if everyone followed the rules, and had respect for their neighbors. Lack of common decency, and the many mechanical breakdowns make it less than desirable.

I recently moved into Parterre Apartments and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the start, the leasing team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything so easy. They kept me well-informed every step of the way and ensured my move-in day went smoothly.

We have just recently moved in to Parterre and so far everything has gone very smoothly, the people in the office have been very helpful. We haven’t had a chance to meet too many people yet, but we are looking forward to the next hosted event that’s coming at the end of next week

I highly do NOT recommend living here. While the area is a great place to live, these apartments are awful. They were cheaply built and the layouts are ridiculous. You don't realize how bad the layout is until you're moving in your furniture and nothing fits anywhere. The bedrooms are glorified closets. The closets don't even have doors. The tenants with dogs and children are very disrespectful. Children screaming at all times of day and night and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything, dog waste everywhere in the halls, stairwell, elevators, and by doors. They allow the neighboring building to use the Parterre gym, so that leaves people who don't even live here walking all around, the pool has black mold growing in the grout. Package room stays in a state of disarray. Packages easily stolen. I mean, the list truly goes on and on. People leave their trash spewed throughout the halls. We also had a horrible experience when signing the lease. Tanner, a boy who worked here, left out many major things that we wouldn't have agreed to, and we were not told until almost a month after we signed the lease and paid the deposit. Again like I said, the list goes on. There is nothing good to add besides the big windows and the Emerald Preserve behind the apartments.

I couldn't be happier! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the local coffee shops and serene Emerald Preserve. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a dream, including a vast array of appliances and ample counter space. The on-site amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are a great bonus. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing concerns promptly. My only downside has been the occasional noise from nearby traffic, but it's manageable. Overall, this apartment complex offers a great blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

I love living at the Parterre at Emerald Row. The staff is super friendly, neighbors are friendly, building is clean, and just a great environment.

So far it's been good, some of the things that happen here are a little unexpected for a "luxury" apartment with the rent we pay. The maintenance staff is nice and helpful, but there are things that take forever to get fixed. Additionally, some of the behavior from neighbors like leaving trash in hallways, carts outside our doors etc. are unexpected for the level of rent paid.

Spacious apartment, great neighbors and staff. Always prompt to respond to questions or concerns. Love that they are pet friendly and great location with a nice walking trail.

Made moving in stress free. Anthony and Jacob did an amazing job in every step of the process. The unit was clean and looked brand new. I am happy to call it home.

Great apartment community. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient and great apartment folks. Very nice heated underground parking garage. Definitely recommend living here.

Truly a great place to live! Staff goes above and beyond for there residents. Access to shops restaurants and the preserve make it a top notch location.

Apartments are nice, but the amenities within each unit are different, like some units have filtered water built into their fridge while others do not. It is just inconsistent.

I have been here 5 months now and it is absolutely amazing from the building and location, to the amenities and the staff and even the events in the community. Overall a wonderful complex and place to live

Building itself is nice, leasing office seems unorganized and sometimes difficult to get a hold of from the office phones. Once they fixed that and become more experienced, it will be fine.

Tony, the leasing and apartment manager has been super helpful throughout the way. This apartment is located within walking distance of everything you may need for a great living. Highly recommended.

I love my apartment and the view is amazing. Love all the activity in Drexel Town Square! It's great to go to the farmers market on Saturdays.

I’ve been here a year now and just renewed for another. My experience has been great. The staff is communicative and responsive to any maintenance or support needs. The common areas are kept clean and I’ve been impressed with how quiet things stay. It’s been a great living experience so far.

Really have enjoyed living here, for the most part. Rent increase YoY will run you upwards of 20%, so just know that going into it. Or make sure to have a job that gives you a 20% YoY raise. My only other real “complaint” is that you can hear every single movement of your neighbors above you, so maybe try to get a top floor unit. Amenities are fantastic, and the office/maintenance staff is top drawer. No apartment is perfect, but this is the closest I’ve found.

Loving everything so far! The walking trail behind the building is awesome so great especially in the city where there aren’t many safe places to walk.

Since the new management team it’s been a lot better m. Every thing is taken care of quickly and they respond quickly with follow ups. Great gym. Pool/grill area is fun. Walking distance to lots of shops Cons: some residents are you just gross (trash) and disrespectful Walls are thin. Really wish they would restrict dogs to first floor

I love it here. Granted it's a bit pricey but the amenities are wonderful, the apartments are super-efficient, and everything is within walking distance. The Emerald Reserves behind the complex is wonderful especially for those with dogs.

We have absolutely loved living here. The staff has gone above and beyond for us and I gladly recommend this apartment complex to friends in the area.

Spectacular location and amenities. Gorgeous property to walk around. And, honestly, the apartments are really nice… genuinely lovely place to live. But be ready to pay for it, and once they’ve got you here, they’re happy to increase rent 20% YoY. Idk about y’all, but I don’t get a 20% raise every year, so not sure how to sustain that, But they have a nice gym?

I just started moving in, nice building and location. Very helpful office staff. Easy parking access, like the library and the stores all in walking distance- and Lake Michigan is so close as well.

Management team has definitely improved. Some residents still have issues with respecting community living with trash disposal and noise. Very low utility bills is a plus. Location is great. Gym is great as well but residents from building next door are allowed to workout there and aren’t very respectful (don’t wipe, bring snow/salt in, don’t put equipment back).

I absolutely love living here! There are soooo many amenities, the staff is amazing, the units are gorgeous, and there are a lot of things to do in the area. Tony was very helpful during the application process, and he is very kind whenever I see him around. I highly recommend Parterre if you are looking for a quiet place to live that is just a short drive away from the city. :)

Love the location and so far I’m very happy living at Parterre. Maintenance people are great and staff are very accommodating. I travel back and forth to Chicago so easy access to the freeway.

Parterre is a great place to live. The staff keeps the public areas very clean and tidy. The outdoor landscaping was finally upgraded after a poor start in the spring. Package delivery and storage has gone through some drastic changes and still needs improvement for the residents to find their packages. Written communication from management is in need of becoming more professional; grammatical errors are too common and notice of rule violations are sent to the whole complex rather than to known offenders. While it may be good to know that rules are being broken, we should not all be put on notice when direct communication with specific tenants would be appropriate and more effective.

The apartment is lovely, the neighbors quiet. friendly and respectful of communal living. The amenities here are the best as is the staff. Love the coffee bar, the tea room and the Zen garden. This is a GREAT place to live!

I love it here! I love all of the amenities including the pool, coffee machine, and theater room. All of our friends and family love coming to visit and always comment on how nice Parterre is.

Great neighborhood! Very quiet and peaceful. They have pretty much everything you need within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very clean

I have only lived here for a short amount of time and I LOVE it here! The staff is wonderful, efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The area around this community is quiet, and there are soooo many things to do nearby! I could not recommend this community enough. 10/10 experience so far. :)

Still such a great location. We’re fortunate to have an amazing view of the preserve and quiet environment at the end of the 4th floor hallway. Unfortunately apartment living is filled with irresponsible dog owning neighbors (not all, but those that are ruin it for others), overflowing trash issues and package room drama. Management and ownership are going to have to step up and make some changes that keep good residents in mind. Still probably better than many apartments due to the cost to live here.

Love this apartment. Fast completion with maintenance request, beautiful amenities and great location. The office staff is always there to help.

Move in experience was great. Leasing staff was very responsive. They answered all of my questions and helped me where needed. Location and buildings are great.

Overall, fair. Staff is attentive, great location, pool is a little small, and disappointed they didn’t clean the windows, but that’s nitpicking.

Amazing place to live,just moved here few month ago,good view,open pool with good fireplaces outside to make barbecue with family. Nice cinema to watch anything with friends and gym where you can do every type of exercise
