Management loses money - ALWAYS keep receipts! If you have kids you will get a notice every time they sneeze. They are not permitted to play in the back yards, they are sanctioned to playing ONLY on the playground, you'll get complaints about them riding bikes, walking on the sidewalks, sitting at the benches, playing loudly on the playground (as in typical child like playing ie. giggling, laughing ECT)and that's at any time, running, sitting at the picnic tables (even if they're quietly reading, drawing, playing board games, eating or talking) and much more. You'll have about 7 inspections or more per year. EVERYTHING is falling apart and i don't mean normal wear and tear I mean the floors separating, studs sticking through the walls, stairs deteriorating ect. Maintenance is great, very sweet and friendly. Management.... be prepared for unlimited amounts of attitude, getting yelled at for entering the office (even though its supposed to be open), being told to leave if your kids are too loud, if she's on the phone exit and run, they're just mean, rude and seriously unfriendly people. Neighbors although some are great others just plain love to gossip, complain and just torture you and others for no reason even if you're friendly to them especially if you stick to yourself and don't gossip with them. Ask anyone who lives at Parsons not one likes to live here.
