Parq has been a great decision so far, easy to tour and move in, even easier to settle in and live here.

PARQ on Speer is genuinely one of the top tier properties in the city! Beautiful apartment homes, luxury amenities, incredibly friendly staff and a immersive sense of community

Everything else here is great. A few minor things that could be improved. but thats on different from any other apartment building. Now that I think about it, I could probably give you guys alot of feedback. So I initially moved into the Pullman during the pandemic, then one day it was announced that it got sold to some other company, and the service dropped so fast and so bad that was one of the reasons I moved out of that building and moved over to Parq, you guys are the best, and you do really care. So all in all you guys have done a great job. I just know how big you guys are so I never thought anyone would really care what I have to say so I guess now I've said it. Thanks.

The Parq is the best decision i made moving to Denver 3 years ago! Beautifully appointed units, a stunning pool/gym/common area, and the pride of the building shows thru from leasing staff to concierge, valets, housekeeping, and maintenance. I love the location and I love the resident base: a chill vibe that is totally hip and cool. My guests all say the same thing: It's like you live in a hotel! This place is gorgeous!

We recently moved to the Parq and from our first tour with Samarah (who is phenomenal!) to our actual move in date we have loved everyone on staff. They have been so helpful and made everything about the moving process as painless as possible. We've also already met a few other residents. The community is very warm and friendly and the amenities are beautiful. We have high hopes given what we've already experienced that we will absolutely love being here. :)

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Lawrence, Matt, and Justin from the maintenance team at Parq on Speer. From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive, respectful, and just all-around amazing. Whether it’s been a small request or something more involved, they’ve shown up with professionalism, kindness, and a great attitude every time. It’s rare to find a team that not only gets the job done—but does it with care and genuine attention to the people living here. I’m so grateful for their support and the way they’ve gone above and beyond for me. Parq is lucky to have them!

I have only lived here for a few months, but I feel like part of a family here. Staff are always friendly and Chelton is absolutely amazing. The Lifestyle Team never ceases to amaze me with wonderful community events and the Food Trucks are such a great thing to have after a hard day of work and you don't feel like fixing anything or going anywhere. Any maintenance request, that I have had, which have been VERY minimal, is always handled in a professional and timely manner (less than 12 hours).

Parq on Speer is a great community, front desk and support staff and very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are very nice!

I am new to the building and Parq Maintenance Team have even very responsive and helpful in getting my needs met. I am grateful and very appreciative. Thank you.

I have never lived in an apartment that truly felt like a neighborhood within a a high rise building. The lifestyle team goes above and beyond to put on monthly events. Maintenance is always on top of their duties. And its great feeling a warm welcome every time I walk through the lobby. Parq on Speer is a GOAT property.

Parq is in the Golden Triangle are which is a short uber ride to everything that downtown Denver has to offer. And it a great building as well!

Parq on Speer is the best luxury building to live in if you're looking for a neighborhood feeling apartment. Of course, things out of our individual control do happen from time to time, but the Parq on Speer staff all genuinely care to keep us informed and updated. If you're a business professional who wants to be surrounded by other like minded individuals, who also remember to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, this is the community for you!

Great staff, terrific location and building, fun, stress free experience.

I transferred units in the building. Leasing staff Rodney & Samarah were instrumental in the first unit I moved into and my transfer. Anya is very effective in her role as the building manager, all are professional & friendly. Nathan is amazing in his role as the lifestyle director, as is his entire team: Caulien, Kayla, Micah, & Royce; all professional and friendly. Justin and Lawerence make up a strong maintenance team that is again professional, helpful, and friendly.

If you want a beautiful, centrally located apartment living experience with a staff that cares - welcome home! Arguably the best pool/pool views in the city, a $7 Uber ride to almost everywhere including Ball Arena, Coors Field, all the restaurants & shopping, and a staff that keeps the property SPARKLING. I love the unit finishes, covered valet circle is awesome for coming and going, and the amenities are well-maintained. I'm in property management myself and this property is TOPS. I love living at The Parq!!!

Parq living is high rise city living at its best! The views can’t be beat, units are beautifully laid out and comfortable and quiet. Parq strives to offer vertical community living and succeeds. From the concierge staff to valet to maintenance every member is pleasant and inclusive. It is nice to feel part of a community in the middle of the city of Denver!

I would never live here again or tell anyone I know to live here due to my negative experience. While Parq has worked to fix issues, the whole process of renegotiation, moving, and state of my apartment was just completely unacceptable.

It was a smooth and easy process to sign my lease and move into my apartment. I moved sight unseen from another state, so the ability to do everything online made it a smooth process for me.

Parq on Speer is absolutely amazing! It’s always a warm welcome when you arrive. The convenience of the location is mind blowing. There’s the lifestyle team & valet there to greet you & the leasing team is always available when you need them! It was such a smooth process moving in, I couldn’t believe it.

Parq in Speer def gives you the aesthetics of a luxury lifestyle. 24/7 concierge, the dog park and Valet adds to the chefs kiss. Happy to be apart of the community and I can’t wait for the many memories and experiences to be made here.

Horrible. Awful. Unpleasant place to live. Management is non existent,

This place is a nightmare when it comes to getting anything done for residents. It’s a constant passing of the buck situation when anything is needed. They have violated the warranty of habitability multiple times. It’s a joke if anyone thinks the building is anything better than a dilapidated nice hotel back in the 90’s.

The Parq on Speer is not worth the money. Do not waste your time living here - everything is always broken including elevators, and certain amenities - yet management likes to send residents passive aggressive emails about “not abiding by community rules” when they are never attentive to requests from residents for them to improve.

Everything breaks and nothing gets fixed. Work orders typically take weeks to months to get fixed. Management does not believe this is an issue. Elevators go down all the time. Everything is always “back ordered” and not the property’s fault for work orders taking extended periods of time. However when you have no inventory of parts that are known to break and have extended “back order” wait time it is your fault.

After relocating to a brand new building from Houston, which was a complete disaster, the team at Parq made my second move in two weeks PERFECT. They were very accommodating, and very sensitive to exceeding expectation which they did. I should also mention - I am in property management myself and my standards are high. 10 out of 10. U it looks BRAND NEW, two minor items needed attention and were resolved straight away. I’m so happy I chose Parq. I love it here!

What makes Parq on Speer a great place to live…. The pool area including hot tub, firepits & multiple grilling staying!! Top notch exercise facilities! Valet parking! The VIEW & location- close proximity to Cherry Creek trail & easy access to nearby highways! The staff always friendly & helpful!!!

Parq on Speer is a great community with high end amenity spaces, a safe and secure building, very well maintained, and excellent apartment layouts loaded with features that separate this community from others. I would recommend this community to a friend or a family member.

Our experience moving into the Parq on Speer was incredible. We experienced some unusual circumstances with the housing market this year and had to shift our plans to renting at the last minute. We immediately found this property and fell in love with the floor plan that we selected. Happy to call this home for the next t 1-2 years. Neighbors have been very cordial and welcoming, which was a relief.

Parq on Speer is advertised as a top complex in all of Denver and it delivers as such.

I feel so relaxed here, yes there have been problems, and overall my comfort and pleasant experience way over powers any problems high rise has.

The Parq! Great location, smart floorplans, high quality finishes and appliances make this Denver's best place to call home. But the real advantage is the onsite support team; from leasing, the concierge staff, all the way to the maintenance team... Exceptional!

So far, living at Parq has been a great experience. It is a clean, well-managed, and quiet building. The leasing and concierge staff are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and responsive to questions and needs.

Everything is very organized. The floor plan is extremely convenient and well thought out with great furnishings and finishes to the cabinetry and great thought put into every little detail in the house. Truly feels like luxury and has incredible mountain views. Love everything about the house and experience. The valet trash service, the handling of packages and deliveries by the concierge and valet parking just makes life easy. Truly worth what you are paying for.

Parq is an amazing property and community. I would recommend living at Parq to anyone.
