Property Ratings at Parkwood Townhomes
I lived here about 6 months and since the new management it is great. I am more comfortable with my kids playing outside. They have cleaned the place up so much. Managment is great. The manager Charlie has done an amazing job with getting the place cleaned up and making this a comfortable living space.
I have been here for a year!! Since they switched management I actually don't hate living here!! They care about their tenants and working on making all repairs that haven't been done over how many ever years the other place managed it! Just signed a second year lease actually!
