So Pleasant My husband enjoys immensely that our handymen take care of all of the duties for him. And i appreciatetethe fact that you run everything so smoothly that all residents are so comfortable that i enjoy bring with them all. I am pleased and happy.

Great place to live. Buildings and grounds are well-maintained. All common areas - including stairwells - are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly - even after-hours - and the office promptly responds to questions or concerns.

Love it here! I LOVE living at Parkwood Highlands. The complex is beautiful and serene, the neighbors are very friendly and all look out for each other. Activities are always fun and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean friendly place to live.

Happy to be here! I've lived here over ten years and am still happy with my apartment. It's a great location, and the buildings and grounds are always kept clean and well-maintained. Any repairs I've needed have been handled quickly and efficiently.

Lease renewal It was fine and I’m glad I renewed my lease. I’m still praying that one day I will get a patio or balcony??I do hope everyone’s lease went as fast as mine. The office people are awesome

Excellent Management and Maintenance Teams Just completed our third year here and still think this is a great place to live. The facilities are kept clean, the management team is here and available every day of the week, and they are very prompt to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. I would highly recommend Parkwood Highlands to anyone as an excellent place to live.

Nice Room Too many rules that don't need to be. An example is, like covering chairs on patios over winter. If I want to leave them uncovered and use them on a decent day or just to get out in the weather, it should be okay.

Love it here! My wife and i are enjoying retirement and living here, we feel safe. The units are kept up to date. The grounds are beautiful.

Freeback I would love to have a dog park here that our dogs can run around and playing with other dogs and some benches for us to sit and watch our dogs. And I’m waiting for a balcony or patio.??

Parkwood Review I couldn't be happier living at Parkwood Highlands. I especially respect and admire the maintenance department (Lee). He's the most efficient maintenance technician I have ever run across. Thank you for all you do!!!

Mostly good news I have enjoyed my time at Parkwood. Especially that someone is listening to some of us. Love 1 community room and all new landscaping. Would would appreciate lower than $100.00 monthly rental increases. People in office are great.

management takes care of business. if you have a problem, they get it done. Quickly and efficiently. The management team takes care of problems quickly and efficiently. The maintenance people are excellent also. The buildings are maintained at a very high standard.

Wish they did updates to the apartments while we are living here We've been here 9 years so things are looking dated, like paint, carpet, old kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I wish they wouldn't just update the apartments when people move out. What if we stay here another 9 years (or more)? Things will really be needing an update. Thank you.

Love living here We love living here. Our neighbors are so friendly and there are so many fun things to in our little community. We are hoping and praying that when the time comes to renew our lease that the rent doesn’t go up so much it forces us out. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond any time we contact them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet friendly atmosphere.

Clean Convenient Wonderful Easy move in through front door. Grocery cart and long cart in garage much appreciated. Apartment clean and beautiful. All office staff I worked with over the last couple months...amazing.

Pleasent Jenniefer was very pleasent and very professional. We are pleased with how Lee takes care of any work orders for us. All in all the rent increase was more than anticipated and hope it stays level now.

Great service Lee is a wonder at fixing things and just being friendly , courteous and helpful. He fixed the drain in my bathroom and took a window screen which needed repairs to his shop and returned with it the next day. I called for maintenance in the morning and he was here in the afternoon. I am very satisfied!

Awesome Maintenance Crew I submitted request online and they followed instructions to a T. Instead of repairing the disposal they replaced it! Thank you!

Drip fixed promptly! My toilet tank developed a minor drip over the weekend. I called early Monday morning, left a message and got a response within an hour saying that someone would be there soon. Not sure when maintenance arrived because I had to leave, but when I got home the drip was fixed and the towel I had under the drip was neatly folded with my catch-bowl on top of it. Excellent service!

Quick cabinet repairs Repaired both cabinet doors in about fifteen minutes only one day after I submitted the maintenance request. Fast response and great job!

When maintenance guy comes I know he will do everything he can to solve the problem. I’m happy to be here,the place is just enough for me to handle. I don’t have anything fancy,no balcony,the ones around by me have beautiful wooden floors ,but they put grey tile in mine,shows everything, why. I just recovered from a stroke in Feb. took awhile to get back but I am. Now with the shower I guess I’ll do more sponge baths. Had to do them for awhile recuperating. I love living here,I can’t do the stuff in #4 like I use to but you keep everyone happy. Thank goodness we have a community room you made us too.thanks. You all work hard to give us a comfortable Living here. God bless

Maintenance Prompt and courteous service every time

Personnel are very warming and very good with potential renters.

It was an exciting day to move into Parkwood Highlands the residents were so friendly and I can’t say enough for the staff so helpful and really ontop of things.

I called the office for some things in my apartment that needed attention. Lee was there a few hours later and had my sink and faucet working quickly and a new guide for closet doors. I am very pleased.

The maintenance workers here at Parkwood are the best. Thank you

Al was here promptly, explained the max water temp allowed , checked the temp and made the satisfactory adjustment. Very courteous and friendly.

Maintenance (Lee) came to take care of my problem. He came prepared so after pulling out the refrigerator, he found the troublesome tomato, blew dust off back of frig and cleaned up all the dust bunnies and dirt. He’s so kind and helpful.

Jessica explained things to me about the different rental plans that are available. She and Carol are doing many nice things for us here, having caterers and entertainment for us. I love living at the Highlands, just hope I can continue with the rent increases.

The only Negative is having plank floors above me. If plank floors are installed should be only on first floor is my suggestion.
