Well kept grounds, reasonable rent rates, outdated kitchens (avacado green), electric bill between $180 and $229 monthly. Water bill $55 month family of 2. Manager on property every day. Extra monthly fee for 3rd car, and extra monthly fee per CHILD if more than two children, walls are thin, limited parking. One numbered space per family, high crime area
