Parkway Villas

This is my first apartment and I definitely lucked out. The landlady is nice and puts effort in to work with you. I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed only hours later! Its a relatively quiet apartment complex with a mix of young renters and old. Very pet friendly. Its not closely surrounded by other buildings so there isnt a lot of road noises. Close to the toll way. I also feel safe here. Rent can be payed online and water is included with your rent payment. The downsides are the train tracks, trains love parking across them which makes getting over the tracks annoying on some days, and the other downside is the parking, its almost at capacity, so some nights youll have to park further away from your appartment but its not horrible. All in all its a good complex for the price!

Family stay there now an we been have bug problems an the pest control came i walk in the office they haven’t done no check ups are anything management yelling at residents knocking on doors yelling at people really disrespectful an unprofessional lied about payment arrangements let others go freely like others pay a lot not professional parking at all people park on the side of buildings of apartments an rent office have shootings

Don’t be fooled by their display room. My family and i were in a situation where we had to immediately move and this was our second choice. Within the first month ROACHES everywhere started from the kitchen then it spread all around the apartment from our, kids, bathroom, everywhere. Every time we open ours doors ROACHES. This apartment does not care about the pest and roaches they have after calling numerous times about the same complaints. So ready to leave when my lease is up !!!! I shouldn’t even considering staying this long, but thanks to the pandemic it slowed everything down for us.

Peaceful residence, the people are friendly and kind, not too much goes on and everyone respects each other, safe environment, management and maintenance are helpful and kind people, they take care of any business needed in a timely manner, and are very understanding.

Roach infested! Pest control does not work! She did not even spray everywhere. The apartment also tears apart so easily . The floor can't get wet or they swell up , walls run , Car alarm goes off for at least 30 mins every night ( several times through out night ) , People are out talking loud and playing loud music after curfew and the patrol person is just one of the office ladies family members and they don't even do anything. The apartment is also really loud In the walls and kitchen space is very small. 'apartment ladies also rude at times.

Me and my family have been here for several months and we love it it's very quite.. the staff is very nice I haven't had no problems they get the job done!!

Lived here for 2 years. Roaches are EVERYWHERE!!!! They paint everything to cover black mold. water leaks from the floor. they even paint a bath tub to cover mold. we used to get sick every month. My neighbors were complaining the same thing too so I don't know why these other reviews are all 5 stars. I also don't get how they even pass the inspection. Terrible place !!!

I recently moved from Houston to DFW and Parkway Villas has mad the transition much easier! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and most importantly genuine. The apartments themselves are cozy, quiet, and affordable. I would definitely recommended this to a friend!

They first thing we noticed was how beautiful the landscaping was! But then we met the office staff and saw the apartment we were sold! So happy we decided to lease here :)

Went there to see what they offered and everything went well, I love the staffing and they told me everything I need to know

I have lived here for the past 6 months and the new staff is amazing! Phones are always answered now & office is always open too! Couldn't be more satisfied with management.

I have been here since january its pretty quiet and my neighbors are great. My kids enjoy the park area and maintenance always fixes my problems in a timely manner. We have enjoyed our time here with our family.

This is my second time living on this property and that should say enough. I absolutely love being here. The staff is super nice and Jackie (the manager) is absolutely amazing. They are very understanding of your needs and any emergencies you may have throughout your lease term. The property itself is really nice and quiet. If your looking for a place to call home this is definitely it.

Best apartments I have ever lived in. Great atmosphere and very clean. Management is awesome and very understanding. The maintenance crew are very professional and always doing there job. That is why I highly recommend Parkway Villas as your home.

I love ?? my management and maintenance team here because any time I have a concern or repair request, I can either submit it online, call or submit them an email and they make sure that I am taken care of. Like any management, they do get busy at times and require a follow up, but that's not often at all, but nonetheless they take care of you and their property very well which is why I've chosen to remain with this property now for my 4th year! I loved this place. If they had a 3 bedroom i would have never left. it is quiet and calm. i had awesome neighbors. they area was well kept and the maintenance people would handle things. it was like my secret hide out place. not a lot of noise or traffic passing by. Office people are nice. they would help me when i needed it. thanks Parkway Villas for Being my first home when i moved from San Antonio. JS
