Parkway Place Apartments

Parkway truly gives you the best "bang for your buck" in College Station student housing! The price is fantastic for the quality of the apartments, which have a lovely rustic homey vibe, and the impressive amenity spaces. Jacob in the office has been particularly outstanding. He's always friendly, efficient, and ready to assist with anything. The office is quick to respond to any problem that may arise. My first year here the property was under another management company which was garbage… the new office team here has been going above and beyond to support us residents. You won't find a better deal with this level of cozy comfort and attentive service. Thanks to Parkway and Jacob for making my living experience so great!

I’ve had a great experience living at Parkway Place Apartments. The staff here truly go above and beyond. I recently had a few maintenance issues, and not only were they fixed quickly, but the team also followed up afterward to make sure everything was still running smoothly. What really stood out to me was how respectful and approachable the staff were. I’ve learned that it’s all about how you communicate—when I brought up my concerns politely and respectfully, I was met with the same courtesy in return. It’s clear that not all management companies are the same, and Parkway Place proves that. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a well-managed, responsive community with a professional and friendly team!

This apartment has been nothing short of awful since move in. The unit was filthy and had absolutely not been cleaned before move in for new residents...bugs in light fixtures, mold on vents, tub/shower in bad need of caulk, kitchen and floors filthy....the list is really endless. The outside of the facility if also filthy...debris/trash in the stairwell (still there a year later), cobwebs, bird mud nests, unkept painting on railing, lights in stairwells still not repaired...all of the things they were going to do, never do in a year. The unit constantly smells of marijuana but management does nothing to investigate the units around to see where the problem is from. Currently going on a month of "needing parts" to repair an air conditioning that is not working properly. The unit is nothing as it was suppose to be when the lease was signed...they didn't have an actual 2/2 townhome unit to look at...and they did not disclose that it would be on the second floor (all 2/2 townhomes are fyi but they did not disclose that) and all the things that it would not have compared to what they said would be "just like the 4/4 but without the two extra bed rooms"....NOT even close. Management has yet to correct many issues...so glad it is close to time to move out of this place.

The crawfish boil that was held was very good and a fun event to attend. It was my first one was a good way to meet people.

They always have good events for students such as free food or games that helps you meet new people.

Great place overall to stay. never had a problem.

So far the only issues i’ve had was the apartment wasn’t clean when i moved in. Other than that it’s been great. The amenities are super nice, maintenance is super quick, there are a bunch of perks (giveaways, events, etc.). Office staff is super nice!

The Goat Yoga event at 2818 Apartments was an absolute blast! It was such a unique and fun way to bring the community together. The event offered a relaxing yoga session with the added charm of playful goats wandering around, adding a lighthearted and enjoyable twist to the experience. Whether you were a seasoned yogi or a beginner, the atmosphere was welcoming and fun for everyone.

Love the events they hold at 2818 Apartments! I’ve come to multiple of their events and they’re super fun and cute.

Parkway Place Apartments in College Station is a good place to live if you are a student in BRYAN-CSTAT! I use the private shuttles all the time and am down the road from the essentials: H-E-B, church (St. Thomas Aquinas), and Walmart. The commodity of having a unit bed/bath to oneself is most convenient (4 bd/bath units) in addition to a unit kitchen and laundry room! I absolutely recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartment is left in terrible condition, and the staff does nothing to help! my A/C was broken and i notified them 10 times and it was never fixed. they even charged me for it! Save yourself the time and never live at parkway.

Parents avoid this property. Management allowed squatters (a women, her 2 children, and a dog) to take up residence in my son’s apartment. My son can’t get them out and after a month of phone calls and emails - nothing. We have had to get the Aggie Student assistance legal department to help with tenant advocacy. Management simply doesn’t care. My son has had to vacate the premises waiting for the apartment to take action - so sad.

The apartments are not as nice as the tour. The furniture is way older and beaten up, and the flooring and fixtures are outdated. You'll find trash and older furniture everywhere scattered around the property. Management is unresponsive, bad at communicating, and never around to fix issues that we had.

The transportation they offer as “reliable” is no where near that. The busses are always breaking down or late. The apartments are not as nice as the model they use for tours. I have submitted so many maintenance requests to have things fixed like my shower head, door, appliances, etc that were broken the day I moved in. No one has come to fix them at all.

I moved into this apartment complex in April and two weeks later in moving in someone tried to break in the apartment! This apartment complex has no security at all and no gates surrounding the complex to be located near the highway! I had to buy some type of security and transfer into a new unit in this complex just to feel a little bit safer than I did before. After moving into a transfer unit, about a three weeks laters to that incident another break in happened in that same apartment and the screenshot below proves that this complex is not the place to live at all! Also the management takes forever to get an issue resolved, you literally have to call them everyday to get problem solved or go in person and threaten to leave! Just be aware before living here because I'm impressed at all.

By far the best apartment I’ve lived in period. Management is very nice and welcoming, and maintenance comes within a day of putting in a request. They have great rates and they do an amazing job pairing you with a roommate. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Great Apartment & nice staff! The amenities are great & maintenance responds fast if any problems!

At first it was an awesome place to live and the staff was super friendly but after a couple of months things changed. I started finding bugs everywhere in the apartment and I kept asking them to handle it and it took two weeks for them to even come out and spray.

Loved having my own separate space. Decent sized rooms with spacious closet space.
