Parkway Lakeside

I had an urgent appliance matter that the maintenance crew address in an efficient and timely manner. I work nights so they adjusted around my sleep schedule so that I could be present to ask some questions I had in person. Great job and thanks!

Can’t say enough about the Parkway Lakeside community. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and intend to stay for a while. Being an empty nester and someone on the go, it’s wonderful to not worry about anything. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful (the pool area is gorgeous!), the service team responds to maintenance requests immediately, the office staff (Vickie and Britni are the best!) are attentive and lovely to communicate with, and the residents are pleasant and respectful of one another. I’m really happy here!

The people that work here are very helpful and easy to talk to, no matter what you may need. With the many apartments offered, you're sure to find one that is perfect for an individual or family. Everything is very clean and they do a great job on the upkeep of the grounds. Parkway is a great community from the staff to the neighbors. I've lived here for 3 years, I don't plan on going anywhere.

Great place to live. The property is well maintain and the people are friendly. It has a great pool and lake and a quality fitness area.

We had some minor AC issues, and Matt immediately showed up and resolved the issue. He was extremely proficient, efficient, and professional. We even got several follow ups to ensure we were good to go. Parkway Lakeside treats you like they would treat family!

Not only are Parkway Lakeside’s staff absolutely amazing, caring, and kind, but every time I walk into my apartment I smile at how wonderfully pretty it is! My one-bedroom is perfect for myself and my dog, who has absolutely blossomed from a rather timid goofball into a goofy social butterfly since moving in. The entire complex is incredibly dog-friendly, and so are the other tenants. It truly feels like a community; when I’ve struggled attempting to move large items into my unit, someone has always stopped what they are doing to offer a helping hand. The “office nook” in my apartment is one of my favorite features and would be perfect for anyone who works from home. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the amount of counter space is phenomenal. I can fit my major appliances and have more than enough room to cook everything I need to with plenty of space for sitting down with friends at the breakfast bar to eat dinner. My maintenance requests (the very small number I’ve needed) have been addressed quickly, and the staff who come in to work are incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to taking care of whatever needs to be done. The bathroom is spacious with more counter space than I’ve had anywhere else I’ve lived! And the fact that the unit comes with a washer and dryer already installed is just fantastic - no need to haul laundry to a shared site. The storage space in my unit is outrageous! A pantry in the kitchen, loads of great looking cabinetry, a coat closet, a linen closet, and a nice large closet in my bedroom (which fits a queen bed very comfortably!) I also love that despite living on the first floor, the landscaping makes me feel comfortable enough to keep my blinds open nearly all the time; I have pretty evergreen bushes lining the outside of my windows, but I can still see how beautifully other tenants decorate their own apartments and balconies. It’s such a great place to live, and it’s *so* quiet despite being right off of the major roads we all need to take to get anywhere in the area. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. It’s perfect for my pup and me, and I always feel safe and “at home.”

My husband and I loved this community. We love walking our dog around the beautiful pond, looking and listening to the fountains, and watching the ducks come and go. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The residents are warm and inviting. We rarely had any issues but the few small issues we had they were immediately taken care of. If we weren’t building our dream house we probably would just make this our permanent place. So close and convenient to stores and restaurants and close to St Louis.

I love my apartment, felt like home right way. The space is so nice and the granite countertops, and stainless appliance is really nice. I appreciate having the attached garage. The maintenance has been wonderful helping figure out the smart thermostat. The ladies in the office are wonderful. Very professional and helpful. I love the package lockers, it is nice not worrying about my boxes sitting out in the weather. I look forward to enjoying the pool and cannot wait to participate in the activities! It’s a terrific community with a lot of amenities that suit me and my aunt. The office staff is helpful and kind…caring people.

I stayed at Parkway Lakeside for temporary housing as I relocated to the Southern IL area. It was such a great experience from beginning to end. Vickie and her team are amazing!!! It’s like you’re a member of the family. I love the regular community events to have an opportunity to interact with the Parkway Lakeside team and meet my neighbors, we looked forward to them every month. My grandbaby loved going into the office, there was always a special treat or activity to do. Thank you for making our transition a smooth one. I highly recommend living here, you will love it!

Such a great place to call home. I love the gym and being able to walk around the lake. The staff is always friendly and maintenance is top notch.

While my stay was short, and this placed allowed short term leases. I can say without a doubt that it might be the best place that I have called home. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. This place has it all. I'm a huge gym girl and the gym is so nice and has everything I need to workout. The 1 bedroom with garage is so spacious and cute. I will be looking forward to a springtime move after school.

It has everything I was looking for and more. Well maintained, management staff is excellent and extremely helpful.

The property is centrally located with easy highway access and shopping is within walking distance. Property is well-managed and the management is accessible and responsive to concerns of residents. The grounds and general atmosphere of the community is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are nicely appointed and offer plenty of storage space in the garage which is more than adequate. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous and address issues in a professional manner. The choice to rent and the selection of Parkside Lakeside as my home was easy.

Toured and absolutely loved the community. The 2 dog parks were perfect for my big dogs. The lake was very nice and I liked that I could run laps on the path around it. The pool was open and looked great. The office staff was super friendly and the maintenance guy came in before I left and he was just as nice. If I didn't get moved out of state I would have rented here. I hope to in the future.

I have lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed every moment. The staff have always been welcoming and receptive. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly. Monthly events held at the clubhouse to build community among the residents is a plus as well.

Maintenance is always quick to respond to my work orders and it is much appreciated! I had a mishap with some water leaking and there was no time to submit a work order from my computer so I called the office. Maintenance quickly came by to help clean it up and fix my washer. They are very nice and personable too! Very much unlike the TV shows with the grumpy old landlord who is annoyed he has to fix something. I enjoy the entertaining conversations while they work and I look forward to needing a lightbulb changed.

I have lived in the complex since early 2013. I moved here from DC while still on active duty military status. There were times before and after shift work that I had to still walk my two dogs extra early in the morning, or later than desired. Weather it was 3-4 in the morning or 10pm-2am, I still felt safe. I have moved apartments once out of 8 years, and I enjoy living here much more with the new found peace and quiet I was missing once I retired from the military. Within the last 2-3 years, the property management companies, including the staff, have changed, and for the better. When every staff member does their part, the job becomes easier, more fun, and palatable. Brit, Fredrick, and Jesse take pride in what they do everyday.

Out of all of the places I have lived I have never had such top notch customer service. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. My apartment was so clean and nice, it looked brand new. Work orders are completed so fast I am sure they are done before I even put them in. The grounds are kept up wonderfully. The dog parks are fun for the dogs and I love the fire pit and gas grills. Can't wait for the pool to open up!

This is one of the nicest apartment home communities I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are beautifully maintained with greenery and flowers, the apartment homes have all the amenities you need including a business center, pool, and fitness center, and the location is prime for shopping and easily accessible to the expressway. But what sets this community apart from the rest is the customer service. Most repairs are addressed either the same day or within 24 hours at the most, and everybody on staff is friendly and helpful. Even my little doggie loves it here, too.

The staff has always gone above and beyond to make you feel like you are important. Always accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend living here.

Swift maintenance response, well kept property, great amenities, and gorgeous units. The staff is as professional.and courteous as if they work at a resort. Community is a mix of young couples and a few older folks in their 50s and up. I haven't had an issue with revving Hondas and obnoxious residents. The people are generally super friendly. But it is true that the walls are a bit thin. I dont usually hear neighbors but it does occur from time to time.

Parkway Lakeside has some great apartments and amenities. The pool is spacious, the gym has nice equipment, and the free coffee tastes great! I also really enjoy the package concierge. Lindsey and Britni are great to talk to whenever you stop by the Clubhouse. I’m proud to call this place home.

My wife and I have been staying at Parkway Lakeside apartments now for about four months. Lindsay and Britni have been awesome. We love the apartment especially the attached garage. It really feels like home here. We are very glad we chose to stay here.

My husband and I are military and moved to O’Fallon from Los Angeles, CA! We weren’t able to see the place before we got orders to move but it didn’t matter because the staff helped us every step of the way. Britni sent us videos, pictures and even offered to FaceTime us with certain units were interested in. Over the summer I was alone while my husband was at training and I’ve always felt an immense support from the staff here. Rick, our maintenance guy is also extremely quick and always so friendly. I’d highly recommend living here. The management provides quality customer service, the grounds are beautiful, and we’ve really enjoyed our experience here.

5 star reviews are obvious fakes. This is an awful property unless you like frat houses and street racing parties. Walls are thin, so you really get to enjoy listening to kids revving their hondas and blasting music outside your building. Appliances are cheap and heating costs a fortune.

My experience at Parkway Lakeside has been phenomenal! The Leasing Office Staff are top notch and the amenities are amazing. The property is beautiful and they go above and beyond to make sure your time living there is truly fulfilling. I hate that I had to leave! Nothing but good things to say!

Slate w/ garage on a corner is an awful unit since both of your bedrooms are directly over a neighbor's garage. Garage door openers are cheap, loud, and shake the whole building. If your neighbor works nights or has a dozen people coming and going at all hours, prepare to not be able to use one of your bedrooms.

Great property, beautiful grounds, very pet friendly. Staff is very helpful and courteous.
