it is a great community minus the units needs for upgrades
I love here. For the most part nice and quiet. The only thing I dislike is we sometimes hear gun shots at night.
The price is right, kind office personnel, and nice neighbors.

Apartment is nice and staff are responsive and nice
All of the neighbors are nice, the grounds are clean, the pool gym and on site laundry is great and it is very safe and quiet.

Based on the front office staff I would recommend a friend.
Very nice complex considering the area. Some things need to be fixed up, but for the price it can't be beat.
Majority of the time community was good. We made a decision to move on and newer tenants sucked. Pot smoking on the front steps, alcohol drinking publicly and loud music. Never saw security patrol.
So far I am happy with the community. I have no issues.

Staff has always been helpful and kind to us over the past couple years. The property stays maintained daily so it always looks nice. Amenities are always available. Really no complaints

I would highly recommend but would caution the person renting to really take a look at the unit before signing off on taking the unit. Not all units are as well maintained.
It is very quiet, the residents are friendly, amenities are amazing and the staff is extraordinary. Always friendly and timely when assistance is needed

The maintenance personnel was great, response was quick, resolution was quick. I appreciate the office staff's follow up. These are all reasons I would recommend Parkway Club. However, these apartments are so out of date that I have had multiple maintenance issues. Would not recommend for that reason.
Elise (sp?) was very helpful. We are selling our condo and are looking for a place for my son to rent. I feel very comfortable with the complex if he chooses to live here.
Manager and all employees on property very professional and courteous. Easy to deal with and ALWAYS willing to help keep me happy living in this community.

Love the staff at the office,great management they respond to any requests the only thing is I need a bigger fridge since I like to cook at home and please do not increase rent as we did not get any raises this year . Love where I live and thank you for having such a professional at the office !!!
I would recommend it because of the amenities, but the rent price is what I would not.
Mike is always very friendly and comes to fix my appliances right away I never wait long .. and the office ladies always make sure to check back in with me and are very nice and dependable

There is a community of homeless that go through these apartments like they own this property. A gate may deter and help residents feel safe.

I Ike that first and foremost aside from the high rent in San Diego, this place is well kept and the price is cheapest with respect to the entire complex. They are well maintained
The complex is well maintained and the rent is affordable. For the most part the property is well maintained however we wish there were less patches of dirt and more grass or plants. Access to the pool, gym and laundry is easy and the areas are suffiecient.
Parkway Club is very clean. Maintenance is on point. Definitely would recommend this place. It happened to me!

The size of the apartment and the cleanliness of the grounds were a deciding factor.

The apartments are clean and well taken care of the staff is amazing,they are the best!!
I think the leaking tub is a complex issue and unusual - still like the complex and am confident the problem will be resolved soon.
I definitely recommend the community to everybody and only advise to try to see the actual unit rather than going by the model.
Good people working there. If there's security here, you'd never no it. As a senior citizen I never felt comfortable going outside to walk after dark.
The only reason I have concerns about recommending this community is because of all of the recent gun and knife incidents. Many of us who have been in the community for more than a couple of years are concerned about the new element being introduced into the community. However, I know management is working on this issue and it is not unusual for a community to experience these issues.'
Great customer service from everyone in the office
It's 50/50 only because of the mangement. they really do try to fix the problem, and if you have a pest problem, it gets resolved right away.........
Location, Location, Location. Great staff. Concerned about high rent and anticipated annual increases. This could cause one to look elsewhere.
So far so good excellent customer service all the crew in the office
