The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkway Apartments
We have lived here going on 10 years and the property has continued to go downhill. We have had several owners and are now under the ownership of Grady Management. These people are very unprofessional and could care less about their residents. The only reason we stay is because we are on a fixed income. I have lived in shelters with better upkeep than here. Now they are adding things to the buildings instead of repairing what needs to be fixed first. This is a really depressing place to live
If you are looking to move hear think twice The Management is not good at all the employees are very lazy the Parking lots are way too close to park your car will get damaged I seen someone the another night back into someone car trying to back in the parking lot and scratched and dented the person car up the building A.C always going out where your in your apartment roasting on very hot days also you cannot use the laundry room in some of the apartment building I went in the laundry room one night to wash someone used the bathroom inside the the wash machine how terrible is that also the carpet coming into to apartments and each one of the units smell like urine really strong and the mailbox on the wall is falling off the wall and busted open exposing your mail trash is all over the place here at the dumpsters and the property manager will demand you went rent is do for rent when they don't do anything to keep the apartments in good shape if you move walk around the property and you will see air conditioner unites hanging out of the windows people hanging out all night apartments smelling like weed no where to park because you have a lot of cars parked in parking lots with visitor parking permits taking all the parking spots and guess what ? no one in the leasing office is doing anything about it because they do not care about how the tenants are living as long as they do there 8 hour shifts and leave they do not care this place is a complete dump do not move around here look at the doors on the front of one of the building right in front of the playground is a dump building door on a hinge hanging never been fixed at all they pay more attention to other building then this building I would suggest move somewhere where they keep the buildings clean and the leasing office and workers care about you they do not fix anything for you but they want the rent every month in full and leave you without service and it is always a letter or notice that pipes are broken and they are cutting the water off.
I moved to Parkway 3yrs ago as a start out it was really good other than the occasional pest. Now I have no clue of what happened.... For starters they went a week and a half without a trash pickup imagine what that looked like.... You come home at night and building light is out, now I'm a woman and I get off late I don't wanna come home to a dark building every night.... It took them 2 wks to do dry wall and that was after I had to take them pics of the mold that had set into the wall.... It took them 3 mo. To fix a leaking sink... There's no hot water or heat and this has been going on for almost a week, every other day it's a notice about either the hot water or the heat....This is just a few problems but need I go on? I don't know what they have going on in the rental office but they're always lying about everything sometimes they don't even put your request in the system (How do I know)? I know because it shows on your work order recipient how many times you've called about a specific issue... I guess my stay here has run its course!
Parkway Apartments is really nice. I'm not saying this because I want to win, I am saying this because I have no complaints at all. There spacious and nice. I really don't have nothing bad to say about them. The only thing I would say and its nothing bad but, there parking restrictions for visitor parking.
