Parkway Apartments - Elko

Parkway is, in my opinion, the best rent value in Elko. The apartments are older, but incredibly well maintained and have regular updates. The maintenance team typically fix issues same day, or within 24 hours. The tenants I lived by were respectful and quiet. The apartment management is responsive and helpful. I chose to rent here a second time after moving out of my house, because the pricing was reasonable, the location is great, and the apartments are so well maintained.

Cathy the property manager is amazing work with, any issue we had or repair it was fixed the day of or the next day! Very clean and nice apartments too!

I lived at Parkway Apartments for several years and had a consistently great experience. The property is very well maintained — the manager, Cathy ensures everything stays clean and in good condition. Any maintenance issues were addressed almost immediately, which made living there stress-free. During the winter, snow removal was always prompt, and the grounds were kept safe and accessible. The landscaping is well cared for year-round, and it's clear that attention is paid to even the small details, like keeping outdoor lighting in working order. Inside, the apartments are clean, modern, and nicely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and newer appliances. It's clear that the units are thoughtfully renovated to provide a comfortable and attractive living space. In addition to the great upkeep and responsive management, Parkway Apartments offer some of the most fair and reasonable pricing in town. Overall, I highly recommend living at Parkway.

I lived at Parkway Apartments for several years, and I can honestly say it was the best housing experiences that I’ve ever had. From day one, Cathy Rich (landlord) and the maintenance folks made me feel like more than just a resident — they treated me like a valued member of a community. Whenever I had an issue, no matter how big or small, it was addressed quickly and professionally. The maintenance staff is not only fast, but they’re friendly and respectful of your space. And the management genuinely cares — they remember your name, check in on how you’re doing, and go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and safe. It’s rare to find a place where people care about you as a person and not just a rent check. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with kindness, respect, and responsiveness, this is it. I’m grateful to have called it home and I am so sad to be leaving this complex. Apartments are super clean, any maintenance that needs to be done is very fast. Landlord is super sweet and takes care of any needs. Love the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom!

Was a resident here for 2 years and the rent was reasonable at the time, I don’t have a negative word to say really. Property was always maintained and didn’t look run down and it was relatively quiet in my experience.

I have lived in this complex for over 2 years and am absolutely in love! The property manager, Cathy, is phenomenal and runs a tight ship. If I have ever had an issue, the maintenance staff is at my door almost before I'm off the phone. And, the maintenance crew is constantly at work around the property keeping it looking and functioning at peak level. I cannot stress how impressed I am living here.

I lived in these apartments for almost two years. The property manager was amazing. The maintenance guys are also great. If I ever had an issue it was addressed right away. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The grounds are kept up amazingly. It’s a great place to live. I am thankful that I got to live there and call it home for the time that I did.

We have been residents of Parkway Apartments for the last 7 years. We own our home in another state and have never lived in an apartment. This was a new experience for us and we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Parkway Apartments, specifically, Cathy the manger, has made apartment living an extremely pleasant experience. The apartments are very nice and clean and they are quick to address repair issues no matter how large or small. The maintenance crews keep the grounds looking beautiful and are quick to clear the sidewalks when it snows. We even see an occasional deer grazing on the grounds and depending on which apartment you receive; there are some great views of the Ruby Mountains! The complex is extremely quiet which we love and is very close to restaurants and shopping, all in walking distance. For those enjoying the outdoors, there are great activities within about a 20-30 minute drive…hiking, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, snowmobiling and more! If you are looking for a new home at a very reasonable price, we highly recommend Parkway Apartments! Extremely satisfied tenants :-)

I have lived at the Parkway Apartments since June of last year. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and the grounds are immaculate. They are reasonably priced and anytime I have a maintenance issue it has been handled the same day. The manager is always friendly and quick to respond and the maintenance staff is always very friendly and helpful as well. I have great neighbors and enjoy a quiet, safe and enjoyable environment. -Stefanie Stewart

Walls are like paper. Can hear the neighbors every single time they flush their toilet and there is zero maintenance on the parking lots, they are basically skating rinks. Most of the tenants can't even get up one of the entrances due to them never bothering to sand or salt it. The rules are ridiculous, you can't even hang curtains? Seriously? Nope. Never again.
