Parkview Apartments offers you more than just an apartment we are a community you will be proud to call home...We are located seconds from RT 22 and within walking distance of the Lehigh Valley Mall. our 1-bedroom apartments, starting at $1,354 a month for a ground-level/basement apartment and up. Our 2 bedrooms start at $1614.00 a month for a ground-level/basement apartment and up. Depending on the amenities of the apartment will depend on the monthly rate. Your rent includes your heat, hot water, cooking gas, and trash, sewer. The tenant pays for their electricity and cable. There is a one-time application fee of $50.00 per person for those who will be financially in the care of the apartment. After the application process if the application is approved you will need one month's rent and one-month security and a one-time $50.00 inspection fee. All must be cashier checks or money orders. We Allow Cats with a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00. There is no need to make an appointment to see our apartments. We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday through Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Stretching north from Allentown along the Lehigh River to Spring Street, Whitehall is a family-friendly township with terrific shopping and a fascinating history. Along MacArthur Road, Whitehall’s “Golden Strip,” you’ll find the vast Lehigh Valley Mall, one of the region’s largest indoor malls, as well as Whitehall Mall and several strip plazas. This is also where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, from local favorites like Whitehall Diner to popular chains and mall staples.
Formed in 1752, Whitehall was supposedly named for a hunting lodge in the area. Lynford Lardner, the lodge’s owner, painted it with a whitewash and although the lodge was named “Grouse Hall,” everyone referred to it as the “white hall.” One of the historic landmarks in Whitehall, the Helfrich Springs Grist Mill, was built in 1807. Today, it is owned by the Whitehall Historical Society and is open to the public for special events, scheduled tours, and monthly meetings.
