Parkview Apartments

I rented a one bedroom for 5.5 years, through Jan 2022. Enjoyed living there - nice neighbors. The rent was reasonable. The very few times I had to call for maintenance, they responded quickly.

Horrible business people. You will spend long waits for a response for anything. Attitude. Greed.

Parkview Apartments USED to be nice, but now this place is a total joke. Management doesn't enforce the rules. You are supposed to clean up after your dogs, but half of the people don't, even when a dog goes right on the sidewalk. You aren't supposed to have pit bulls, yet at least two people living here have them (sidenote: I am not one of those people who are anti-pit-bull, as I know several people with awesome pit bulls). Some people don't use leashes and just let their dogs run free. The buildings look disgusting with cracked or warped siding and are covered with mold/mildew...that isn't anything against the maintenance crew, as they are the only excellent aspect of this place. No one watches their kids while they run all around your cars and leave their scooters and other toys everywhere. Absolute joke.

The community is decent, the kids are loud and disrespectfull the parents let them play in the building hallway unattended and are loud, knock on your doors and run. The property manager is never on site and rarely answers calls 95% of the time you have to wait for a ca back from herm with the huge snow storm, it took over a week to get out of the parking lot while all other main roads were clear, had to park a mile away to insure getting back and forth to work. the office manager does not have any people skills and does not know how to talk to adults. There is a suppose pest control walk through each month, but no treatment is done bc I had fruit dies for months...it's basically a time for them to be nosey and judge how well you clean your home.
