Loving it so far! Im very happy with my apartment, and the nearby amenities. It's a very pretty area, feels very safe and the YMCA is practically next door.

Loved here for 2 years I have lived her for 2 years and it has been good. Very quiet area and has been safe, or so i feel it is.
Very Happy Here! The manager (Shannon) is great as are the maintenance staff (which I very rarely have to call on, as the units are well constructed). Grounds maintenance is top-notch as well.

Lovely place to live! Spent one year in a one bedroom unit. Property management and maintenance is friendly and considerate. Property and units are well maintained and they are very considerate of tenants with pets.

My only reservations would be about the amount of noise from upstairs neighbors if one is on the first floor and possibly the high monthly rent given that there is no gym, business center, etc.

The apartments are so well designed and constructed, the location is ideal and convenient, the environment is beautiful and peaceful, the landscape is well maintained, I feel safe here, the residents are nice and friendly and Maintenance/Management is top notch.

The staff is great. I feel like there should be a dedicated smoking area far away from the windows, but I understand that there's not much we can do about it per the law. When it gets warmer all that cigarette smoke is going to get into our homes. Other than this one problem, everything is good here.

I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends. Shannon was amazing. This was a beautiful place to live for my father in his last days. When he passed in December, Shannon and Rick were both so helpful in getting our apartment ready to rent again. We are so grateful to them both!

Lived there. Had neighbors above me who were late nighters - put together furniture at 1 AM on a work night. Apartment manager felt if was my issue to deal with, even w/ a written letter from the tenants acknowledging the late night activity.

We sincerely apologize for any issues with noise, while you lived here at Parkview. We never intended to imply that this was your issue to deal with. Resident satisfaction is crucial to us and again we apologize that we were not able to resolve the issues.
First of Shannon is great. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. If and when somthing needs fixed it's done in a reasonable time. Love that the YMCA is just accross the street. The schools here are great as well. We couldn't have chosen a better place to live.
