Parkview Apartments

I've lived here approx. 9 years now , very peacefully no issues, my hot water tank went out I called the management the next day they replaced the water tank with a new one. nice pool in summer, garages is a plus, events at clubhouse is fun. like many people over the last year iv had some rent issues management worked with me to get back on track. very nice staff. The staff was so helpful in my search for an apartment. They made me feel welcome and gave me answers to all of my questions...being a first time renter...I had so many!!

The apartment is well taken care of. The management has been 100% AWESOME! They will go out if there way to keep the residents happy! All of the needs of the apartment were taken care of. Great community of people that are friendly and watch out for each other.

Great prices and location. Very friendly staff. Maintenance is wonderful.

Great location, easy freeway access & lots of amenities. Management is attentive & always helpful. Nested in the back of the neighborhood so its relatively quiet.

I've lived here for a year now and I have nothing bad to say. Parkview is a very quiet and peaceful property. Everyone is very nice and helpful we all here for each other. The staff is fantastic always helpful and if I can't make rent they always set up a payment arrangement for me to get it paid. The maintenance is awesome if something goes wrong wich is rare cause these apartments are so well taken care of, they always rush right over to fix the problem, they are very nice and respectful 10/10 looking forward to many more years here

Office staff continues to be pleasant, and accommodating to any request. Would recommend if looking for reasonable rent with mostly quiet, and long term, neighbors.

If i had left my review a few months ago it would have been a 5 stars review. However, a lot has changed since we moved in. The first issue I had was that thieves broke my van window and stole the stuff that was in th van. I filled a report and of course nothing was found, and nobody knows who the thieves are. Then my fridge went bad and it took them a couple weeks to replace it. The stuff in it went bad. However, the worse just happened a couple weeks ago. I have been on vacation and the neighbors, I’m guessing the ones who live upstairs complained of too much noise when I’m not even in the country! Then I always paid my rent on time and they called the towing company to take my van because it hasn’t been moved. They said it’s because some tenants leave and leave their vehicles behind. If the rent is being paid on time, why do they assumed that I had left my new van behind? I can’t wait to move out. As soon as I am back I’m moving. I lived in Kentucky for a year and went on vacation for almost two months and I never had an issue with leaving my vehicle parked where I lived. Well, lesson learned for next time.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and haven't had any problems until about a year ago. The parking is so bad. I live in a building in the very front and if you get home past 7pm you end up having to park in the back of the complex since all the spots, even the visitor spots at the front are taken. There's no security whatsoever. The tags on both of my cars have been stolen TWICE and we have yet to see a patrol car. We loved it at first, this was mine and my husband's first apartment together but we don't feel safe here anymore. They do however keep the grounds clean and the staff is nice! GREAT neighbors as well.

I have been staying here for 5 years and I have almost no complaints. I absolutely LOVE the office staff. Ronnie is one of the friendliest and nicest property managers I have ever met. Whenever I make a request for maintenance, it is handled very quickly. I let them enter while I am not there and have never had a problem. The property is always kept. The landscape is beautiful. My view from my apartment is beautiful ( I am facing the pond, and fountains, and the pool!) I am less than 2 miles away from EVERYTHING! Just name it, numerous grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping. I just overall love this place. Not the mention the RENT IS AFFORDABLE! The only way I would move is if I moved out of town. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that is looking to move.

We moved in here almost a year ago, without any credit or past renters history and they accepted us! They were very friendly and prompt with us, we got in as soon as possible. Also the maintenance crew is up to date with any problems and they come out to your home right away to fix any issues. Love living here! It's great and a good price for our little family!

I love my apartment so much! Its spacious and affordable. Neighbors are quite, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Being located close to shopping and restaurants is also a plus. I also love the view of my beautiful lake. With that being said however; I must say that the upkeep on the parking lot is lacking and the front gate (which is one reason i picked the location in the first place, the feel of extra security) has been broke for about 6 months now. Other than that, no complaints.
