As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Parkton
I have been a resident at the Parkton for 3 years. I love my little community! It’s multi cultural, friendly, clean and safe. The pool is very nice and the gym is just enough to stay fit. Maintenance is very prompt and solves all issues professionally. The staff is both patient, and courteous. I am grateful for my time here.
The rent every month changes, you have to pay for spectrum internet and cable through them even if you don’t want it ($80) a month added to your rent. You’ll pay water, sewage, trash, insurance, pest control and so on every month also which will be added to rent. The maintenance is on top of everything for the most part, in spring the ants are very bad and in the fall you’ll have angle beetles invading your home. Parking can also be annoying, the residents doesn’t know how to park and will take up two parking spots.
The fees is crazy and the price is a no for what you get. Says you have maintenance but you put in a request and they never get back to you.
Please save yourself the trouble. It’s gross. More fees than you can imagine.
Leasing staff has very bad priorities. My cars have been broken in to on 4 different occasions. 1 where I personally caught the people doing it. My car was then towed from outside of my home do to a flat tire while I was out of town. There was no sort of communication as to this will be happening so please take care of it. Dumpsters are always overflowing putting trash in both my front and back yard. There is a gate to enter the community (that has been broken since I moved in) that would probable help with the crime rate if they fixed it. Very unsatisfied with my stay here and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I’ve lived here for 2 years. Been dealing with mold the entire time. Now they are trying to blame it on me and have refused to take care of it. Raised rent $280 from last year. Definitely don’t recommend
I visited a family member here for a week, went into the office with my family member and the management was rude. The renovations are bad. There was a shooting near by while I was staying here. People fighting/doing hard drugs in the parking lot. according to google reviews their management has professionalism issues and they are dishonest. I would never recommend this place. Thank the lord my family member moved on after her lease was done.
Raised my rent after a year of me being in my apartment then expected to pay difference without any difference to how they handled the maintenance! Cheap living for expensive price to pay!
The office workers who aren’t not managers always have 100% of their attitude and condescension at the ready, and obviously have no way or refuse to communicate with management. I would highly recommend you save yourself time money and stress by keeping it pushing!
This property is constantly add fees and additional payments without notice. And when confronted they are passive aggressive and rude
This is my 1st year here and I have completely fell in love with my new townhome.
