I really enjoy living at Parkstone in Knightdale. The staff team is always friendly and courteous. I've placed several maintenance requests since moving in for small and urgent issues and every time the response was quick and professional.
I love my apartment at Parkstone at Knightdale. The staff are excellent and always finding ways to build community. Maintenance is fast, and friendly too! I cannot think of anything I would change; this is a great place to call home!

Partstone apartments is an amazing place to live as long as Megan who is the leasing manager and the maintenance crew remain there without them this whole place would not be as amazing as it is yes I love them I hope to be able to stay a lot longer.

Parkstone has great amenities, apartment is more modern than others I've seen. Close to shopping and restaurants and 540. Pets are welcomed. The dog park could use some work and more litter stations would be better. Parking can be a challenge but is enforced if you dont have a decal or pass. The pricing is increasing which is a reason many may look elsewhere for places to rent. Overall it's nice, quiet, kid friendly, pet friendly but could use some work.
Office and Maintenance Staff have been very accommodating & friendly. So far, Im grateful that Ive had good neighbors in my Building!
I would recommend anyone moving to this part of wake county area to Parkstone Area. In my opinion first impressions are everything and from the professional and friendly staff to the scenery this complex exemplifies what a apartment complex should be!

The apartments at Parkstone Commons are beautiful. The steps are not well maintained.
Our apartment was not very clean and dead bugs everywhere. It took approximately 60 minutes of running the water at all faucets (on our dollar) to get rid of the sulfur smell.
Parkstone Apartments has provided an awesome living experience. The Management is always pleasant and communicative. The Maintenance Crew does a great job taking care of the grounds and work requests. Great dog friendly environment.
Amazing experience and community to call home. Knightdale NC have been home for me and my family over 20 year's beautiful area.
Pricey, apartments and amenities overall are great however tenants aren't as considerate and instead of each individual being reprimanded the community as a whole is being reprimanded. Thing like limiting pool use and trash regulation.
Love it so much I moved here twice. Once temporarily and once again after selling my house. Staff and maintenance are all super friendly. Location in central Knightdale is close to all dining and shopping. Top notch!

Parkstone is an absolutely stunning community complex and with wonderful people in both management and neighbors. They have so much to offer and are extremely friendly along with being super helpful in anything that arises whether it's answering a question or needing help with an issue whatever it may be. The apartment layout and fixtures are truly beautiful for the price you pay and it simply could not get much better!

This is my first time renting apartment, you have to live here to understand how pleasant and nice it is here and the staff make you feel like family, They are always asking are you okay and how is the apartment if there is a problem let them know and less then 24hrs the problem is solved.

I enjoy the staff eagerness to always help meet your needs. I definitely love my apartment, there is not one thing I would change about it!!!!!
Parkstone at Knightdale is a great place to live. The neighborhood is kept clean. The layout provides a great place to walk and get exercise. The location allows you to quickly get to places for shopping and eating out. The office staff are very personable.

Parkstone makes apartment living easy! They are very nice and spacious apartment with really nice amenities! The staff is very helpful and will go out of there way to make sure that you are treated well. Milly is extra helpful!
The appliances are new and up to date. The color scheme is all natural colors. I like the ceiling fans and the floor plan layout. The double sinks in the master bath is nice too.

I love everything about this apartment except my current commute. If I could pick this community up and place it in West Raleigh, I would never leave.
If I didn't want a home built, I without doubt be a permanent resider. This is a luxurious place to live .
Terrible place to live. Toilet is frequently broken but is not replaced. Very noisy, no sound insulation. Bathroom is cold and not well lit. Residents frequently run sto signs and stop in middle of road blocking access.
The community is a plesent area with nice amenities . Front office is nice and all the staff that I have met this far. I like the area and am glad to be a part of the community with my family.

Finally home. Having to move many states away for work, we were lucky enough and come across ParkStone at Knightdale. The decision was easy, and we were already sold upon first sight, but the tour and staff sold us 110%. Being out of state made the transition a little difficult, but Milly went out of her way to give us a FaceTime tour, and she was there for us every step of the way. Phone call, email, text, she was always available, always helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. I've lived in a few apartment communities in my life, and I couldn't recommend ParkStone at Knightdale enough. Move on in!
Overall, nice place to live. No complaints. Plan to stay here for a while.
