Property Ratings at Parkside Esterra Park
When you choose to live in a large community, you expect proper communication and reliable service — but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. From being given the wrong mailbox key to waiting two weeks for maintenance to complete a work order, my time with Parkside so far has been quite stressful. It’s disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for housing and not receive the level of service you expect, especially after signing a 12-month lease. Experiencing these issues in just the first month makes me worried about what the rest of the year will be like. I had read the reviews online before applying and still decided to move here because of the location. However, based on my experience so far, it feels like those reviews were accurate. I really hope the management team can take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and responsiveness. Thank you
We've been a resident of Parkside Esterra Park for the last three years and are loving this community! The staff is incredibly helpful and proactive, always organizing fun events for residents. The property is also consistently well-maintained. Highly recommend!
Do you like the smell of hot garbage on the evening breeze? Do you have friends you'd want to come and visit you? They won't have a place to park unless they pay $5/day. If they come in the evening, call it $10 due to office hours. Want to host a game night in one of the many lounges here? The choice of tables, chairs, and lighting will prevent that. They look great for just sitting around with the friends who won't visit. Is Parkside a place to have a roof over your head and a lock on your door. Yep. 3/5 stars.
It's mostly a nice adn smooth stay in Parkside for us. Love the activities happening every month and the overall feel of this location and place
Although I've only lived at Parkside Esterra for a couple months, so far the experience has been great! The apartment, the management, the amenities are all very nice. The management staff, specifically Conor and Amanda have been really wonderful and professional to work with. Conor was our leasing agent and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Every time I've reached out for help from Amanda, she has been responsive, positive and helpful. We had some maintenance issues in the apartment upon move-in and it seemed the maintenance staff was very busy/slow to respond (or understaffed), but once they started addressing the issues, things are now being addressed timely and efficiently. Chris and Rohulla have both done a really good job of trying to address the maintenance issues quickly (Rohulla is a Rock-Star!). I have to also mention that Amanda has seemed to take a lead on some of the maintenance scheduling communications, and that has really been appreciated, while Chris and Rohulla are in the field making repairs. Based on my short experience, I would highly recommend Parkside Esterra to future residents.
This is a very clean quiet complex in which the ground are well manicured they also have a great staff in the leasing office who are alway willing to help if you with any problems . Great place great to live
I was RESIDENT #1, Yes, I moved in here 9/25/2020, the first day they opened on market, meaning there were no LEASING STAFF, Except for the "OPENING TEAM" the managers from "Sister Properties". Which is a super "Skelton Crew" for sure!!! Lol. Two employees, sometimes three, but they were not here on a regular 9-5pm day or week. Anyway, I lived here for 12 days all alone, I MEAN ALL ALONE!! No other residents until finally, I got my 1st neighbor, he was 19 yrs old from East coast to work at, GUESS WHERE!! ??? LOL. JK. MICROSOFT. Anyway i ABSOLUTELY love this place, and as time goes on, living my third year now, I am excited to KEEP seeing positive living progession, with up dating Appliances, and always looking for FEEDBACK Feedback is how POSITIVE CHANGES HAPPEN SO dont be afraid to give positive feedback, POSITIVE , LOL. INstead of comizerating with ur neighbor about issues that need attention here. The neighbor,i dont think anyway, will go let the maintenance team about that issue. Im just saying, jokinglinly sp. that it helps to "complain" to the correct person. The SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE. Anyway i love the staff as it is and I would defifinetly and I DO TRUST ME, recommend it to my family, friends, and my families friends!! I also mention working here u recieve a % off rent. Leasing office is lazy, not interested in listening to the residents- they are slowly running this place to the ground.
It's a good, well-maintained society with regular community events and good security. However, some packages get missed sometimes. There is no free guest parking, and there are issues with overnight parking. Any package not picked up beyond 2 days is charged $10 per day.

It has a modern interior, a great location walking distance to food, and across the street from a small park. The staff are also friendly and they often have many events for residents.

Things have been getting better. Less people smoking and people dropping weights in the gym has decreased. Management has actually taken steps to ensure these lease rules are being followed which has increased the quality of life here.

Great experience so far! The apartment, however, had some damage to it. For example, there was issues with scratches on the flooring, sockets not working, and stains on the bath tub and kitchen island.

I like everything in the room. However, there's no AC in the room and the living room can be a bit crowded with a large counter in the middle. Other than that, everything is nice and the neighborhood is safe and walkable.

It's been great till now. Love the spirit of the apartments, friendly staff and all of it. We have multiple bbq places, and also multiple roof access, view is great, gym is good too. Ventilation is upscale.

The apartment community is really clean. Good vibes. The management is really helpful. Issues are resolved very quickly. Apartments have a modern aesthetic and ceilings are 10ft tall which makes the apartment look more spacious

Elevators don't work often. There's been a few times I will get locked out of front door. Other things are alright though. Not too bad of an apartment
Living at Parkside Apartments in Esterra Park is a real treat. The location is hard to beat – right next to the Esterra Park, and very close to the light rail station. Plenty of restaurants and groceries are nearby. The apartments themselves are spacious and bright, with big windows and high ceilings that make them feel even bigger. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles you could ask for, and the bathrooms are nice and modern. But it's not just about the apartments – there's a whole bunch of cool stuff to do here too. There's a gym, a game room and multiple lounge areas. Plus, the outdoor spaces are great for taking a stroll or just chilling out in the sun. Overall, living at Parkside Apartments is pretty awesome. The apartments are top-notch, the amenities are great, and the location can't be beaten. It is a nice, quiet, clean community with gated parking system. If you're looking for a place to call home in Esterra Park, this is definitely worth checking out.
Its a great place to live in. There are a lot of opportunities to connect with neighbors through the events that they host. The location is great. Its walkable distance to the Indian groceries, Safeway, restaurants, Microsoft, etc. Amenities like gym, barbeque, rooftop, Sunbath area is available for all the residents. The office spaces like conference rooms/mini office rooms are an added advantage if you are working from home.
I had a great move-in experience at Parkside. Amazing community with well-maintained facilities, and responsive management. Enjoyable amenities like the gym, and beautiful green spaces make it a fantastic place to live!

I'm not the biggest fan of this property. Things are always broken I've gotten trapped in the elevator twice, packages are always being stolen, trash rooms are filthy and management does nothing but send out mass emails, never actually fixing the problems.
The community feels safe and is well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and secure living environment.
My most recent service ticket was resolved within 72 hours and done to my satisfaction! And their recent social events have also been done very well I really enjoyed the Valentine's flower workshop and the chocolates - yum! Keep them coming!
Good things - 1. Safe neighborhood 2. Ample amount of walking space in the community Bad things - 1. Coffee machine is out of order most of the times 2. Service/ maintenance/ repair takes a lot of time 3. Parking garage is out of order a lot, like a lot 4. Expensive rent
Way too many breakin in the parking lot. Parking charges are high with gate broken. No concession in parking despite garage being down. If they fix the garage good community to live in.
Good, bit pricey in terms of additional charges like sewage and garbage etc. Love the sunlight in my apartment and the space and pricing, just dont love the additional pricing that tags along to the rent.

I enjoy living at Parkside and I think the property managers do a good job. They are very helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the maintenance staff is great.
The complaints take a lot of time to resolve. P1 parking garage gate has been not working consistently for past one year but no resolution!!! Complained multiple times but no results :(

Overall experience is good, leasing office staff is available in office for any issues to help. Location wise is advantageous too, having the grocery shops n malls within 2 miles range.

Apartment has pretty good amenities and Gym. All the kitchen appliances are good and have good ambiance. Neighbourhood is safe and they have lockers for parcels as well

I love Parkside. It is so close to my work and the coffee is great! The people here are very attentive and nice. All of my service requests have been taken care of quickly and without a fuss.

Many amenities like bbq place, club house, game room! Complementary coffee is also good. Monthly community events are fun! My kids are enjoying!
