The people in the community, and the property manager have all been exceptionally kind and helpful, giving me advice and helping me learn for being a new solo renter. It's a cozy area and all my friends I've shown my place to has also expressed how nice a place the area is.

The street lamps are such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference in the quality of life. Forget having to juggle a flashlight while you walk the dog at night, and the street is always clearly lit after dark. I’ve spent many pleasant evenings talking outside with friends, watching the sunset, without feeling pressured by nightfall to sequester myself inside. I feel safe here, and that’s a big deal.

I love my apartment and my neighbors are great! The price for the space is great but the new management just isnt up to my standards. They always have a reason to why they have a delay in service. When you go into the office your rushed and communication isnt relayed unless they are implementing some unnecessary new rule!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this community and my apartment and have so many nice things to say about it. They just need to speed up things or/and keep their residents updated if problems are not gonna be handled within a time frame. Other than that..nothing bad all good! My one bedroom townhome is very spacious and has great value for the price. The new owners are really putting a lot of work in with some much needed updates. So exciting to watch even in a pandemic!

My wife and I moved to the property a few months ago to move away from the downtown area and we love living here so far. Our one bedroom townhouse was recently redone before we moved in, and it feels great to have this kind of space for a one-bedroom rental. Feels nice and residential even though it's a rental community, very quiet and respectful neighbors. Definitely going to stay put for a couple years!

The beautiful townhouse for anyone looking to live in the Northeast area of Columbus. It is minutes to major highways and the community is very clean and pleasant. It features a spacious kitchen with a functional island, washer and dryer connections in the large utility room, and TWO walk-in closets in the bedroom! The maintenance staff is very helpful and timely. If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful one bedroom apartment, this is the one for you!
